Physical description: ReefWings look very similar to SeaWings, with gills and webbed claws. Other than that, they are a completely different species.
They have spiny bone structures along their backs like corals. Their horns also resemble coral, and these bone structures cause extreme pain to the ReefWing if they are chipped, scratched, or pulled on, as each individual bone structure has an uncountable amount of nerves. They are very sharp to the touch and with hurt the other dragon if they do touch them.
Along their tails and faces, they have large beautiful fins that are always a brighter color than their bodies, if you can imagine that. Their fins can vary in shape and size. They resemble beta fish fins.
Coloring: ReefWings are very bright and colorful, comparable to RainWings or SilkWings, which make them wonderful to see in person. They can be any color you can think of, except any dark colors. If you see a white ReefWing they are sick, very old, or dying.
Abilities: Breathing underwater, swimming very well, blending in with their surroundings (if their surroundings are a coral reef), seeing in the dark.

Naming System: ReefWing dragonets are named after something that describes their personality or appearance (ex. Slip or Quickswim).
Diet: ReefWings are pescatarians.
Continent: Pyrrhia
Habitat: Coral reefs in the Kingdom of the Sea.
Fighting Skills: Only dragons raised by families of soldiers are required to learn how to fight and are trained to do so relentlessly.
Swimming Skills: ReefWings live underwater. If they underperforming (and if they don't have a neurological or physical disability) at the age of four, they are picked on and bullied or thrown out, as a dud ReefWing is useless.
Flying Skills: ReefWings only fly if they absolutely have to, as their wings are not suitable for flying, because they are mostly used for swimming rather than flying. A decent flying ReefWing is considered strange, unless they are exceptional at swimming as well.
Intelligence: ReefWings only focus on the things that they are required to, (like swimming and fishing) and if ReefWings focus on something other than that (unless they focus on something else in addition to the necessary skills to be considered a useful individual) they are looked down upon. So, tldr, they are smart at the things they're supposed to.
Behavior: ReefWings are very judgmental, picky, creative, and uptight. Due to being so difficult to please, the ReefWing tribe often has many outcasts, as they are considered "not good enough".
Hybrids: Only hybrids between ReefWings and Glow-dragons(SeaWings) are acceptable in the ReefWing tribe. If you are a hybrid of a different tribe, good luck living on your own.
Animus Dragons: there are no animus ReefWings.
Lore: ReefWings' tribe origin is a closely kept secret.
Extras: ReefWings are a subspecies of SeaWing. Since most ReefWings never exit the ocean in their lifetimes, they usually don't know how to speak dragonspeak, instead they communicate in the water through a series of clicks, whistles, body signals, and sometimes even certain blinking frequencies.
