Tonight Thorn will be announced at her ceremony as our Luna finally.
I've been anxiously running around all damn day long trying my best to get all of the preparations done in order for this grand ceremony to be absolutely flawless, along with the she wolves that have so graciously volunteered their time to help me, I vow to make every thing to be just perfect for Thorn tonight.
It has to be.
After the fiasco with Curtis and our pack suddenly trying to solicit a damn riot over his well deserved death I want to insure that all of our pack members will soon see Thorn to be a reliable, respected, and secure Luna for our pack. One that will lead our pack to greatness just like I know that she can.
Poor Thorn has been a nervous wreck all damn day. Sin has been trying his best to occupy her time with various activities to keep her mind off of the upcoming ceremony, thankfully.
Slay has been busy with our pack warriors trying to secure everyone's protection for tonight's event.
Especially since there was a brutal rogue attack on the Saint Wolf Pack just last evening, located around thirty miles away just to the East of us.
Unfortunately, Alpha Wyatt lost eight good pack members including his loyal Beta Eaton.
Senseless mayhem.
Too many lives lost and for what?
Power? Corruption? Revenge? Greed?
Who knows?
It's all just too damn disturbing to even comprehend.
"Alpha Sunny, if it's okay with you, we would like your permission to leave so that we can all get prepared for tonight's events?" Cynthia ask me modestly.
"Is everything finished?" I search the entire room in amazement, the balloons, streamers, and even the moonflowers are all showcased properly around the room making it strikingly beautiful.
"Everything is as it should be Alpha." Cynthia establishes smiling anxiously over at me.
"Thank you ladies for all of your help. You may enjoy the rest of your night." I show them all of my deepest gratitude, for without them I would have been a damn nervous wreck myself tonight trying to get all of these damn preparations done in time.
"You're welcome Alpha." Cynthia replies softly before her and the others leave me to prepare themselves for tonight's occasion.
Taking a deep breath I head off for my room to follow in the she wolves footsteps to get my own self prepared for tonight's event.
