Runaway Horse

~~ CHAPTER TWO ~~

I am officially running away. After 10 years of being abused I finally have the courage to runaway I think as I jump out my window. Wow. Only about a month till I become a legal adult I think to myself as I walk. I look up and I see forest all around me and I hear branches and leaves break on the floor of the forest. I look to my left ad I see a big Freisian stallion. He just continues to walk towards me. I just stand there and look at me. "I think I'll call u Bird. Hey Bird." I say as I walk over and pet him. "Ur friendly ain't u big boy." I say. I was looking around and I look at Bird and he is kneeling down as if to say "what are u looking at get on." So thats what I do. I put the saddle bag on with the puppy and blankets and then I get on. He is so tall I estimate him around 17.1 hands high. After I get on I kiss to him to make him walk. And he does. So I'm curious and do some leg cues like press on his left side to get him to turn. And he does so I do that to his right side and he turns right. Wow I love him. So we take off walking and we get to a clearing. I get off and put a blanket on the ground and put my stuff on it. I get a bottle of water and a banana and sit down. I dicide to train Bird. I whistle and he perks his head up and slowly walks to me so I give him a piece of an apple. We do that a couple more times to where he gets what to do. When I'm done setting up the food and stuff I go to explore.
~ one hour later ~
"Well let's take inventory. We got two big blankets, 3 water bottles, 3 cans of corn, 3 banana's, and 2 apples. And I found a creek with a little cave so I will check that out later. So goodnight Bird and Clover." I say to the animals and to my amazement the answer back. After we all ate I watched the sun go down and then went to sleep.
