(P.S; There's going to be a lot of different POVs in this chapter)

MARY'S POV

We all sit there for what seems like forever. Cate is still sitting sideways in her chair, her eyes watering. "Cate. . ." I begin, but she interrupts.

"Why did he say your name? I thought he loved me. . ." She gives a small laugh, "But obviously not, because he said YOUR name NOT MINE." She starts yelling, and people start to stare.

"Cate, he does love you! He only said my name because he looked at me right before he proposed. I promise, he loves you." I put my hand on her shoulder, hoping to calm her down somewhat. She shrugs it off.

"You know, when I said you could have him, when I was in the hospital, that was just courtesy. I didn't mean it for real." She sniffles, a stray tear falling down her cheek.

Louis stands up. "You know, maybe I should go check up on him." I nod.

"Do you want me to come?" I ask, standing up.

Louis looks uncomfortable. "No. No really, that's okay. I just think you better stay here. Okay? Yep, sorry. I just. . .it's a boys' bathroom." he mumbles, walking off.

LOUIS' POV

Talk about awkward. I wasn't sure how to tell Mary that her presence wouldn't be okay there. I mean, Harry just said her name instead of Cate's. I push open the bathroom door slowly, and slip inside. "Harry?" I whisper softly. Luckily no one else is inside the bathroom besides the two of us. I hear a small sniffle and walk to the very last stall, where a see Harry propped up against the wall of the stall. He looks up at me with teary eyes. "Jeez, Harry, you're a mess." I chuckle, hoping he would lighten up. But I had no such luck.

"Why am I such an idiot, Louis?" he whispers.

I sit down next to Harry. "C'mon, Hazza. Don't be like that. Girls aren't important, as long as Hazza and Boo Bear are forever," I smile. Luckily, Harry smiles back. "So," I say with a sigh. "Do you wanna talk about what happened?"

Harry looks down. "I don't know why I said that. I'm so dumb!" He yells, banging his hand against his forehead. I grab his arm, causing him to stare at me. Finally his hand drops in his lap. "I thought I loved Cate," he whispers. "But now I don't know. I want to be able to say that I love her with all my heart, but I can't. I don't know why."

"Maybe you don't love her as much as you thought. . ." I say.

Harry smiles a little and shakes his head. "That's what I was afraid of," he says defeatedly. "So. . ." he takes a long pause. "What do I do, then?" He pulls the ring box out of his pocket, flips open the top, and picks up the ring, twisting around in his hand.

I shrug, at a loss for words. "I dunno. I guess, tell them the truth. Tell Cate that you don't think you really love her, and tell Mary that you may have feelings for her."

"But that'll screw everything up!" Harry half-yells. "I mean," he says, lowering his voice, "Mary just got together with Niall. I don't want to mess that up."

"You won't," I press. "Besides, the least you can do is give them the truth. Tell Mary that you won't pursue her while she's with Niall. It may be a while, but you can wait, can't you?"

Harry looks troubled. "This seems wrong. Going after Mary as soon as Niall and her break up, if they ever do? I think I've put everybody through enough drama. Maybe. . ." he takes a deep breath. "Maybe I'll just let Mary go." Harry reaches up to wipe his eye, but tries to disguise it as scratching his cheek.

MARY'S POV

Harry and Louis were in the bathroom for a long time before they finally came out. I stand up quickly, walking over to Harry. "Hey," I say, "You okay?"
