FuneralOlivia's funeral was a hard day for everyone, Ivy didn't know if she'd be able to face it but she knew she had no choice, Emily was a wreck she couldn't think about anything else other then the fact that Austin is out there somewhere living his life while Olivia is getting put into the ground, the rest of the team have been as supportive as they possibly can be but no matter how much any of them try Emily and Ivy won't be able to rest until Austin is caught.
Emily organized the whole funeral with help from the rest of the team but she done most of the work herself, Ivy chose the songs because she knew Olivia's taste in music better then anyone else, Emily picked Hotch, Spencer, Derek, JJ, Penelope and Caitlin to go up and do one reading each, Emily decided she'd read out the eulogy and Ivy would write something herself to say about Olivia.
For days Ivy had no clue what to write, what could she write that would be enough to describe how loving, kind and funny Olivia truly was. Ivy knew that no matter what she'd say she would always feel like she didn't say enough so she decided not to write anything and she hoped that when she stands up on the altar she'd know exactly what to say.
Spencer has spent that past week in Ivy's bedroom with her, the rest of the team except for Emily had to return to work but Spencer took one week off to spend with Ivy. They both done absolutely nothing for the whole week, they sat and watched telly, they ate nothing but takeaway food and spent quality time with each other. Ivy felt relaxed with him around and she couldn't help but wonder if they got into a relationship would this be what it would look like and if the to that question was yes then it would be perfect.
Ivy hasn't heard from Caitlin at all since the incident and she completely understood why Caitlin couldn't face Ivy yet, they both lost there best friend and from now on it won't be the three of them going out any longer it'll be the both of them and that's a huge thing to come to terms with so Ivy decided to give Caitlin some space until she's ready to talk and when she is Ivy will be there to listen.
The morning of the funeral finally arrived, Spencer got ready with Ivy as they listened to some music. Ivy felt sick the night before and the morning of the funeral so Spencer put on some music to try and get Ivy to stop overthinking her speech. Hotch was ready to leave before Spencer and Ivy so he made a bit of breakfast for the three of them.
"There's breakfast on the table if the two of you are hungry" Hotch called over the music.
"We'll be out now" Ivy called out to him as Spencer looked at her.
"Are you sure you're up to eating breakfast" Spencer spoke to her as he walked over to turn the music off.
"No but he's gone through the effort of cooking it for us so I'm not going to let it go to waste" Ivy spoke honestly as Spencer nodded.
"Okay just don't make yourself feel worse okay" Spencer spoke softly as Ivy walked over to him and put her arms around his neck.
"You don't have to worry about me I'm fine... well as fine as I can be in this situation but I will get through this" she spoke as he looked down at her.
"I have no doubt that you will get through it but that doesn't stop me from being worried about you" he spoke as she closed the gap between them and kissed him passionately on the lips.
