chapter 5

Woo Young's pov:
The night was amazing, we talked a lot we also discussed the case and she told me that everything will be okay and that I shouldn't worry. I trust her, I think it's already obvious.

After a long time, I smiled and laughed with honesty tonight, that didn't happen since I was a little kid. I loved the way she made me feel.
I payed the dinner of course, I am not a jerk, I even told her that and she started laughing. Her dimples were showing, how pretty.
After that I led her to my car and opened the door for her, then I got in the car too. The ride wasn't awkward, neither the first one wasn't but we talked a lot. There were quiet moments but it was comfortable silence, not awkward. This time tho, she opened her window while I was driving. The wind slowly moved her hair over her shoulders and the night lights were reflecting on her beautiful face. I was mesmerised and I wished I could look more but I had to be careful to the road.
She was a work of art and I was the simple man admiring the picture on the wall mesmerised.

I think she felt my eyes on her, she smiled softly a bit and then looked on the window again. What are you doing to me? I never felt like that.
-You should pay attention to the road mister Jung, she finally spoke.
- What do you mean miss Viotto? I am. I said now embarrassed that she saw me staring at her.
- If you say, she looked at me a bit, smiled and then looked back on the window.
Good job Woo Young... You embarrassed yourself.
I smiled awkwardly and looked on the road.

Maria's pov:
I felt his eyes on me but I didn't mind, not his stare. I teased him a bit, it was fun to do that, he looked a bit embarrassed after which made smile again. What he didn't know was that I was trying so hard to stay calm, his eyes intimidate me sometimes, perhaps it's the power he holds, I loved that stare of his tho, I loved his presence and that cologne of his.. Maria? What is wrong with you?

We finally arrived at my home.
He got out of the car, opened my door and I got out too.
- Thank you for tonight mister Jung, I enjoyed the dinner, I said smiling while looking up at him.
- It was my pleasure, I will get the papers that you asked for in a few days if that's okay with you, he said.
- Yes, it's not a problem. Well, I should go, thank you again.
- Have a good night, Maria.
- Good night Woo Young.
And then we looked for a few moments at each other until I finally turned around and went inside.
He waited outside until I was finally inside, that made me feel.. safe? I loved that, what a gentleman I thought.
I finally arrived in my apartment and I must say that I had a feeling of emptiness all of a sudden, was it because he wasn't there?
I brushed off the thought and I went to take a shower.

Woo Young's pov:
The way she looked at me before she left, made me feel... Some type of way.
I waited until she was inside and safe, then I got in my car.I looked at the passenger seat and a feeling of emptiness filled me, was it because she wasn't near me?
I brushed the thought off and started driving to my home.
