Woo Young's pov:
Screams could be heard from the other room.
-Where the fuck is it?! I heard San scream.
-I don't know!!!

One of our enemies said, sitting in his room where he surely didn't expect us to be. You mess with me, I can find you anywhere.

-Enough!
I scream, making San and Hongjoong look at me entering the room.
-If the fucker won't tell us where the rest of his members are, perhaps we should break a finger for each one he is protecting.

-No! Please, mister Jung! Sir! I am telling the truth! They didn't tell me where they go! They sent me to destroy your camera system. They left after they saw that I failed. Please-
-Oh yeah? Liar.

And just like that, one of his fingers is gone making him scream in pain.

-Oh look, he passed out. Fucker. Guys, you can take care of him, but after he wakes up.

-Alright boss.

And just like that, I left the room. That motherfucker thinks I don't know where they are already. Pfff, my other men are after them from a while ago, I don't miss anything out.
I didn't before either, but since Maria, I got used to pay attention to all of the details.

Speaking of which, I missed her so fucking much.
The past few days were a little tough for us since she had a lot of work with a new case. She was at the court a lot these days and stood in her office to read and write papers until late. She must be so tired. I should call her.

I got the phone out of my pocket and typed her name. She was my favorite contact. It took a while before she picked up, but eventually I heard her voice.

-Hello, Woo!
She seemed amused.
-Hello, love. Is everything okay? I see you are happy.
-Yes! Don't worry it's just you know, colleagues laughing. I love when it's a good vibe at work and not the tiring atmosphere, especially with the new case that we have.

I listened to her, she was right, she told me about this before.

-I understand, baby. I miss you.
-Aw, I miss you too, tough guy. What are you doing? Did you eat?

I slowly turned around looking at sight of a guy behind me who was passed out due to the pain of a broken finger and my men standing near him waiting for the sucker to wake up so they can torture more.

-I am okay! I was in a meeting, I will eat later.
I lied. She knew what I was doing, but she never saw me like this. Yes she saw me shoot a man in her apartment when she was in danger but she kinda also didn't see it since she was with her face towards the ground. She knows I am dangerous, yet she loves me as I am. However, I can't let her see this side of me, I can't let her know what I do, how I torture and especially let her know about all of the man I killed before just because they dared to look at my woman.
Would she still love me? Would she run away?
This sent a wave of panic through me.

-Good! Well, damn I miss you a lot too, Jung.
-I will pick you up today.
I said not accepting a refusal.
She giggled. Fucking adorable.
-Okay, mister, see you then, you know my schedule.
-Goodbye, love, take care. Don't overwork!

I closed the call, my thoughts drifting to the moment I will see her again. She drives me crazy. I don't complain though.

Maria's pov:
I missed him so much.
I was currently with my colleagues, laughing at some jokes in a break. I loved the atmosphere we had here, I mean even though I was bossy sometimes, they respected me and still knew I was good at heart and I wasn't mean. I don't want my employees to feel bad, we are all lawyers and it's a very important job. A respected job.

Suddenly, the door opened and all of us turned our head towards it. It was Henry, the new employee I hired. He had potential and he seemed very polite too, integrating immediately in the office. That was good, my office needs to grow, I need people to know that this building is full of capable lawyers hired by an amazing lawyer. I have to do my best, people need the rights with them, people need people like us.

-Miss Viotto! I completed the papers and put them on your desk, separated in different cases.
-Thank you so much Henry!
I nodded. He was already doing an amazing job at work, trying to prove he is worthy of it.

After that, I continued to talk with my colleagues about the case. Every lawyer needed advice.

Few hours later, it was time for the office to close, almost everyone being home by now. It was just me who stood late, I mean that's what I thought until I heard a knock on my door, scaring the shit out of me.
-Yes?
I said thinking that it must be Woo. Oh how I wanted to see him. I got up but when I saw who it was I felt a bit disappointed.

-Oh hello, Henry?
-Yes! Sorry, miss Viotto, but I saw you stay up late and I thought I could help, you know those are my first days and I want to show you I love the job and truly want it!
-Oh that's very thoughtful, but I am usually the only one who stays up by choice, Henry, all of my employees know.
-I understand, I am sorry, I didn't know...
-It's okay! Now you know. Come on, let's go it's pretty late!

I closed the light and grabbed my stuff with Henry behind me.

I was now in the front of the building, waiting for Wooyoung to arrive.

-You are still here?
I said laughing at Henry. He was weird.
I wanted Wooyoung to come faster honestly.

-Well, I feel bad if I let my boss alone at night here, I mean... It's not polite.

I started laughing.
-Polite? Henry please go home, I am waiting for someone and that shouldn't concern you.
-Oh okay! Sorry, miss.

Finally, the familiar black car pulled in the driveway, making me happy.

Woo Young's pov:
I was now close to her office, I couldn't wait to see her.

What the fuck. Is that my girl laughing with a... another man?
I felt anger, unconsciously gripping the steering wheel.

I cracked my neck easily on a side, feeling the anger boiling up even more.
I finally got down, my eyes fixated on Maria who noticed me from earlier. She seemed happy to see me, but I couldn't brush the thought of what I saw off.

-Woo Young!
She came towards me and hugged me by the neck.
While looking into the guy's eyes, I embraced her in my arms too. She is mine.

She pulled back and looked at me and then at the man.
-Henry this is my boyfriend, Wooyoung. Wooyoung this is the new employee, Henry.

-So this is who you were expecting.
-Yeah!

I stood there silently, watching carefully every move and word he said or did. Oh he found my girl attractive. I can see the way he watched her. You dirty fucker I could crack your neck right now. He seemed disappointed too when he heard the title I had in her life. Good. Know that you could never have her. She was always meant to be mine. Mine.

-Nice to meet you, sir.
He said.
-Wish I could say the same.

Maria looked at me surprised, eyes wide open, but she didn't seem mad. I could tell she didn't like the guy either. But she always looked for the best in people, so I suppose this guy is a good lawyer so far if she hired him, she cares a lot about her office and team. Her lawyer reputation is important for her.

-Come on, love, I got you something. We should go.
-Alright. Goodbye!
-Goodbye, miss Viotto.

And I led her to my car, waiting for her to get in. After that, I got in the car too, starting the engine.
Just wait mother fucker.

-Woo?
-Yes, love?
-You know you should never worry about stuff like this right?
-What do you mean?
-Your knuckles turned white on the steering wheel.You are the most important person in my life, nothing could change that.
-I love you so fucking much, Maria. I got you some flowers too, I hope you will like them.

Before she looked at the flowers, she looked at me and spoke.
-I love you too, you jealous man. By the way, I love this suit on you, it's so hot.
-Oh yeah? Wait until we get home, love.

She is my everything.
