Izuku was pronounced as quirkless when he was four at the hands of that one doctor. However, unlike in the anime, Inko will be much, much more supportive of him. Instead, Izuku will spend most of his time training to become a hero that's quirkless...
"Alright then, is everyone ready to go?" Izuku asked, looking at his class as they were about to head onto the bus that would take them to the USJ. Everyone nodded, and so Izuku spoke.
"Sit wherever you would like, since this bus isn't set through rows, but try and be considerate." Izuku said, with the class nodding and walking in to the bus. Izuku sat at the back of the bus, and had watched all the other classmates sit down, but he himself was a little flustered with both Yuuki and Ochako sitting at both his sides. Their thighs were directly touching his, and Yuuki was even putting her hand on his thigh.
'They're practically sitting on me!' Izuku thought to himself. Granted, he did enjoy Yuuki being close to him, but with Ochako as well it was too much. He wasn't used to female attention from someone other than Yuuki.
"Hey Midoriya, I gotta ask this. Your quirk is pretty much greater than whatever All Might's is, so I don't doubt that you'll become a great hero, but let the rest of us have a chance as well." Tsuyu said, while Izuku just blushed and smiled.
"Thanks Tsuyu, but I'm sure the rest of you can become heroes as well. After all, you all made it into UA, and that in it of itself is a pretty good accomplishment. I'm sure that if we were to all train studiously here, we'll be able to make it as heroes. Besides, although my physical attributes may be on par with an A-Class hero's enhancement quirk, I still have a long way to go before I'm in the league of All Might." Izuku said with a blush.
"Still, we have a bit of a ways before we can even hold our own against you. Midoriya has the strongest quirk in the world, so it's expected that you'd be ahead of all of us, but I kinda wish that it would be a smaller margin." Momo said, still remembering just how much Izuku, Katsuki, and Yuuki were ahead of everyone else during the Quirk Apprehension Test.
"My quirk is fairly basic, since all I can do is harden my body, but I'm sure I can use it well enough to become a hero!" Eijira said. She was sitting next to Katsuki in the seats to the left of Izuku, and was looking down until Katsuki flicked her forehead.
"You've already got all that you need, just focus on improving and you'll get to the top eventually." Katsuki said, with Eijira blushing at his words, looking down.
"Still, I'm sure that all of us will become real popular as heroes, except for Mineta, given his personality." Tsuyu said, getting the purple haired boy to stand up with tears in his eyes.
"Aw come on!! What's so wrong with wanting a harem!!" Mineta cried out, proving her point even more.
"Enough chatting, we're here." Aizawa said, as the bus came to a stop. The class all got out in a single line and stared up in awe at the massive building that they would be training at. The building from the outside seemed to be a giant dome made from concrete with a dodecagon shaped purple building surrounding it, providing extra foundational support.
