Maya's new hope

Looking down and seeing Elena asleep on my shoulder made me feel like I had accomplished something again. She was safe with me and she showed that she felt safe too. It showed that I could be a good parent even if I hadn't had good parents myself. Carina wants kids, she is a delivery doctor, I mean her dream is to have kids of her own but I don't want to have kids in case I am a terrible mother but looking at how good I am with Elena I see that I have potential to be a great mom. I hear someone coming toward my room and I see Andy, I watch her and how she looks at Elena and I feel like I am in the way so I wake Elena up and point at Andy. She looks up and Andy goes to hug her. Then the doctor came and gave an update on Ryan so they left and I got left alone. I started thinking about getting Elena a gift because she meant so much to me. I knew that she was watching Formula 1 recently and I decided to get her paddock passes for the Las Vegas grand prix with the Ferrari team. I got tickets for both me and her so we could get in a girl trip when I got better. I suddenly started getting my hopes up and started working harder for Elena.

After Maya woke me up and me and Andy went up to check on Ryan I decided to check the race that was on with Formula 1 and I watched how Charles got in the lead. I haven't been watching for too long but Charles is definitely my favorite driver. I loved to watch him both at the track and outside the tracks. I waited a long time for Ryan to wake up as I watched how Charles Leclerc became the champion of the world. I hoped that one day I could watch him in person and not over the screen.  I went into Ryan's room with Andy after the race and I hugged Ryan. I told him about the race and about everything with Maya. Then I had to go home for a while because I was so tired. I fell asleep after about 20 minutes. When I woke up I got a call from Maya telling me to get to the hospital because she had something to me.
