Hurricane scrambled away or at least tried to, but the nightwing spread out his wings and roared loudly. Hurricane hissed and swiped the nightwing on the snout.

The nightwing wrapped his talons around his snout and growled. Hurricane soon bolted off and saw the expressions of the stormwings she ran by.

She swooped out of the door and flapped her wings aggressively. Soon after, something slammed into her back. Hurricane roared and fell out of the sky.

Hurricane whipped around mid-air and shot out a bolt of lightning. The lightning struck the nightwing in the face, and he roared as the scales on his face burned off.

Hurricane turned back around and spread out her wings. She was carried away by the wind and looked back at the nightwing that landed hard on the floor. He was still alive but out cold from the lightning.

Hurricane flew away quickly and went to the healers den. As she landed, she fumbled forward and winced at the pain in her wing. The healers looked at Hurricane wide, eyed, and ran toward her. "What's wrong?" The emerald green healer asked. Hurricane had remembered that healers name as they were friends with her mom.

"Not much, Forest... just my wing." Forest frowned "come come." She said, leading Hurricane to a mat woven from leafs. She sat down on the mat, and Forest examined her wing."You dislocated your wing."

Forest said calmly. Hurricane sighed and winced as Forest slammed her wing back into place.

Hurricane walked across the bridges in the kingdom to her house. The kingdom had built the bridges from the healers den to everywhere in the kingdom, even the palace itself.

The bridges were lower to the ground so that dragons wouldn't slam into them when flying fast. It was a nice feature when you thought about it, and it made Hurricane happy to know that the old queens really cared about there subjects well being.
