The funny thing about darkness is that when it is all you know, it becomes a part of you; filling you up with its solitude and isolation. Ember Swan had only known St.Claire's Children's Home for Girls, and much like darkness, it consumed her. However, one day shortly before her 11th birthday, a light broke away that vale and Ember Swan was taken away to the magical, wizarding world. Hogwarts would become her home and hopefully be the answer to her parents' mysterious deaths. Maybe then she would become whole again and the darkness would be driven out...or maybe she would burn, burn in her own flames.
