The man threw the girls into his basement and locked the door."And don't even try to escape, there's no way out, plus, I'll just hunt you back down," The man laughed, leaving the girls in the dark cold basement. "I'm so sorry I got you into this Kylee, you are a way sweeter person than you seem I mean, you tried to help me instead of running out on your own and now you're stuck here with me, most likely to starve," Trisha said, her voice turning raspy and tears dripping down her cheeks."No, I'm sorry Trish, if I didn't bully you, we wouldn't be in this mess, but we shouldn't worry about that right now. Let's find a way out," Kylee got up and held out her hand for Trisha to grab.
Kylee put her hand on Trisha's shoulder, trying to offer some comfort."Don't worry," Kylee said softly. "We'll find a way out of here. We have to keep our heads up and stay strong."
Trisha nodded, feeling a glimmer of hope. Maybe they could escape this basement after all.As they huddled together in the darkness, Trisha couldn't help but think back to their quest for the Mindstone.
They had come so far, only to end up trapped like animals.But Trisha refused to give up. She was determined to find a way out of this mess and switch their bodies back.Together, she and Kylee would make it through this. They had each other, and that was all they needed. Trisha closed her eyes and cuddled closer to Kylee and fell asleep peacefully in her arms, they'll be out soon, they just needed hope and each other.
