Healing was a process that cannot be rushed and often takes longer than we initially expect. This is because it's not just physical wounds that require healing, but also the wounds of the soul. The scars left by an emotional trauma can be just as deep and painful as physical injuries, and they too require time and attention to heal. It's important to remember that healing is not a linear process, and setbacks are often a natural part of the journey. But even if progress seems slow or elusive, it's crucial to keep moving forward and focus on the small victories along the way. Every bit of progress counts, no matter how small, and each step forward brings us closer to a place of healing and wholeness.

Lee Soo Hyuk's road to recovery was a long and difficult one, with his physical wounds requiring priority attention from the medical team at Seoul National University Hospital. Despite the intense pain he was undoubtedly experiencing, Lee remained unconscious for the majority of his stay, allowing the doctors and nurses to work on him without any resistance. Seo Yea Ji stayed by his side throughout, determined to ensure that he received the best possible care. As she watched the medical team go about their work, Seo couldn't help but reflect on how much easier it was for them to treat Lee's injuries when he wasn't fighting back. The thought kept nagging at her, and eventually, it began to take shape as an idea and a mission. She knew that she needed to keep Lee out of harm's way until she could free him from his contractual obligations and deal with the Nangs once and for all.

With renewed determination, Seo set about putting her plan into action. She spent countless hours researching and strategizing, using every tool at her disposal to keep Lee safe and secure. It was a daunting task, but she refused to give up, driven by the knowledge that she was fighting for something bigger than herself.

Seo Yea Ji sat in the hospital room, watching over Lee Soo Hyuk as he slept fitfully in his bed. Her mind was racing with thoughts of how to keep him safe and protected, knowing that he was still in danger from the Nangs. Suddenly, her phone rang, and she saw that it was her grandfather, Seo Byung-Chul, calling. What most did not know, was that she was never acting alone as the Fallen, but behind her was her family. Fallen was not alone in this fight, she did not have only her team, but her family as well.

"Hello, Grandfather," Seo Yea Ji answered.

"Hello, Yea Ji," her grandfather replied. Her grandfather was already informed about what had happened because he was linked with Fallen's team. Actually, he was a large force that kept the team going financially and by using his connections. "How is Lee doing? Is he okay?"

"He's still in a lot of pain, but the doctors are doing everything they can for him," Yea Ji said. "But that's not why you're calling, is it?"

"No, it's not," her grandfather said. "I heard about what happened to Lee, and I wanted to offer my help in any way I can."

"Thank you, Grandfather," Yea Ji said, feeling a wave of gratitude wash over her. "There is something you can do to help. I need your connections to keep Lee sedated and to move him into a safer room."

There was a brief silence on the other end of the line as Seo Byung-Chul considered her request. "I can do that," he finally said. "I still have some friends in the police department who owe me a favor or two. I'll make a few calls and see what I can do."

"Thank you, Grandfather," Yea Ji said, her relief palpable. "I know it's a lot to ask, but I don't know who else to turn to."

"That's what family is for, Yea Ji," her grandfather said. "We take care of each other. Now, you focus on taking care of Lee and leave the rest to me. I will send someone over, make sure you stay with him until then."
