"May I join you?"

"...No. Go away."

Chisi sweat dropped at Lila's blunt refusal. The young lady was calmly drinking coffee in the garden where a table and two chairs were set up. The garden was well taken care of and their aroma was strong.

It was a bright and beautiful day, the sun was out and the flowers were in full bloom. It wasn't to hot but nor was it chilly or cold. It was a perfect day.

Chisi and the Marquis had already finished their monthly business meeting and the marquis shooed him off to do other work. Chisi was on his way to the gate to leave by carriage but stopped when he saw the young lady he specifically came here for.

Lila was dressed in a white slim dress that had gold intricate designs all throughout the fabric. The dress had sheer long sleeves with more gold designs on them. Her long blonde hair was left down with a hair pin in as decoration. Lila was dressed elegantly, as if she were a goddess. The sun reflected her pale skin and blue eyes, her dress that was made out of pure satin also shined like it was made out of pure silver.

Chisi couldn't help himself, he mindlessly walked towards the female till he was right in front of her and he couldn't help but ask the goddess in front of him if he could join.

And to who's surprise; she said no.

Chisi nonetheless sat in front of Lila, and proceeded to pour himself his own cup of coffee. He smiled at the female who glared him down like he just killed her cat.

what the hell does he want?

what's his goal?

I know he wants something but what the hell is it? Marriage? Money? An apology? What the hell is it?!

Lila who was annoyed by the never ending questions she had, decided to get to the point with this man.

"Chisi." She slammed her cup onto the table.

"Yes?"

"What do you want?"

Chisi tilted his head "Huh?"

"What the hell is it that you want?" She seethed.

"...Another one."

"hm?"

"I'd like to see another performance." He spoke seriously, his smile was now gone.

She flinched, "Are you crazy?"

Chisi shook his head, "In the Kalahari empire, we host many performances as it's tradition. I've seen many wonderful dances and performances growing up but yours.." Chisi paused while looking down at his coffee, seeing his despicable reflection through it. He blinked and instead saw Lila's reflection through the coffee. "Yours was absolutely divine." He looked back up towards Lila.

She scoffed, "Are you serious?"

"Of course. Your performance left me speechless and I would've loved to see it more had I not caught your attention. I've been thinking of you everyday and night, your performance has burned itself in my mind. I can't forget about you, can't you see?"

"..."

"..."

Chisi flinched, realizing what he just said. Lila's face went red at his words, her blue eyes going wide.

"W-What the hell..?!" Lila gasped.

Chisi rose his hands up in innocence, "W-Wait! I didn't mean it like tha—!"

"What are you, a fucking weirdo?!" Lila stood up from the table and proceeded to back up.

"No I meant—!"
