Chapter 13

A new day starts and Fang is looking out the window to see Kaizo and Lahap just outside the gate, 'Oh no, not again... I really don't wanna meet with these guys so early in the morning...' Fang thought.

Then after a few moments had passed, Gopal's head was seen walking outside the gate, 'Gopal? Isn't he usually with Boboiboy?' Fang wondered then noticed an orange cap, 'Ah... he's just short.' he commented.

A few talks from here and there and Kaizo and Lahap was let in, '!!?! What are those two doing???!?' Fang panicky left from his window and took his school bag, he went from another room that had a broken glass window and jumped from there. 'Sorry, Boboiboy, Gopal... I can't just deal with those two right now...' Fang thought as he sarcastically wiped a tear from his eye. "Good thing that this leads to the school albeit risky..." Fang mumbled as he tiptoes from the walls edge, trying not to fall from the other side which is his neighbor's house. The wall that he's walking on separates from where he currently lives and the other's houses.

Once he found the end of the wall, he jumps down from the wall and to his surprise, the school is only right across the street. "Huh, now that's a shortcut." Fang muttered, pondering whether he should or not use it again.

Boboiboy and Gopal on the other hand were knocking on the door only for it not be received. "Did he already go to school?" Boboiboy wondered, "Impossible, we've been waiting since 3 in the morning..." Lahap yawned sleepily, clearly tired from all the waiting. "Eh?! 3 am?! So early but why???" Gopal asked, "Isn't it obvious?" Lahap bluntly replied as he points with his thumb to Kaizo, "Ah... and you couldn't have come in and knocked???" Gopal asked, "He said he didn't wanna disturb the kid's sleep... but he sure had no problem in disturbing mine..." Lahap answered while mumbling midway through but to Gopal, that was no mumbling, it was a whole shout. He could hear it crystal clear. 'Maybe cuz you're not a kid..?' Gopal thought.

"Then you haven't seen him got out?" Boboiboy asked, "No, I'm a bit worried... but then there was no indication of danger so I'm not sure." Kaizo spoke up, "I see, then, he must've overslept that's all." Boboiboy said and hearing that, Gopal and Lahap together pushed open the door.

'I want sleep!'

'I can't be late!'

Lahap and Gopal marched up the stairs to go get Fang, "Hey! Wait a minute!" Boboiboy shouted, "He's not here!!" Gopal shouted back, "What?!" Boboiboy yelled and ran upstairs to see followed by Kaizo walking quickly to match Boboiboy's pace.

The room is clean like it should be, no oddities or out of place, nothing strange. "Did... did you guys perhaps look away or went somewhere else? Maybe Fang already had left by that then." Boboiboy said, "That's... impossible.. Kaizo here didn't let his eyes off of the house, the windows and the doors." Lahap said, "Then how could that be?" Boboiboy mumbled as he scratches his head, "Oh! Oh! I know! Maybe he used his shadow powers to teleport to school!" Gopal announced, "He could do that?" Lahap and Boboiboy said in unison, "Eish! You forgot already? That's how he escaped when the two of you were fighting." Gopal remarked, "Eh?! I-I don't remember at all!" Boboiboy said. "I see, if that's so then he must be in school." Kaizo mumbled before saying, "Thank you, Boboiboy, Gopal. I'll go to this 'school' that you two are talking about." Kaizo said as he walks away from the room. "Huh? He knows the way to school?" Boboiboy tilted his head, "Uhh... we went to this one school before, he must've been thinking about that one." Lahap answered and that convinced the two boys, "Dey! Just because of that? Come on, Boboiboy. Let's catch up Abang Kaizo before he gets lost somewhere." Gopal said as he grabs Boboiboy's wrist and drags him with him.

'Aishh... these kids, he's no fool, you know.... Maybe...' Lahap thought as he follows the two boys, 'If only they knew...'

'If only they know...' Fang thought as he arrange himself on his seat. After that, he looks outside the window to see Gopal and Boboiboy, not forgetting Kaizo and Lahap with them, "Aduhh, it's them again." Fang mumbled, "Who is, Fang?" Yaya approached with a curious gaze, Fang turns and pointed out with his eyes about Kaizo and Lahap being here. "Ehhh... so it's those two. Do you not want them here, Fang?" Yaya asked, "Nope. I don't even know why it took them long to be looking for me but oh well, they must've had their reasons. I still can't trust them tho... they may not be my family." Fang explained and Yaya just looked out the window, "...Well, who knows. But you and Abang Kaizo sure looks alike." Yaya remarked with a smile, "Alike?" Fang questioned, Yaya may not see it but Fang's eyes sparkled when Yaya said that they looked alike.

Yaya pointed her head, "The hair." Yaya bluntly answered and Fang looks out the window for Kaizo again to observe the hair then actually noticing it to be true. "Huh, you're right. But it could be a coincidence." Fang concluded, "Haiizzz... well, he did appear out of nowhere so I understand the concerns but at least give him a chance. You don't even remember fully well! And this might be your chance to try and recover from it." Yaya explained, "No matter what happens, we, your friends, are always there for you. You're not alone, Fang." Yaya added, "...just scream for help or wack out his sunshine if anything were bad to happen!" Yaya cheered before going back to her seat after noticing Ying coming in the room.

'...did Gopal got his influence from Yaya???' Fang thought.

"There he is!" Boboiboy announced, "Aiyaaa... so he really was here." Gopal said as they watch from below the window where Fang is. "I see... so I was worried for nothing." Kaizo mumbled as he puffed out a sigh of relief, "Tsk! That kid is so troublesome! I'm pretty sure he saw us but didn't even bother to come out to greet us!" Lahap complained and Kaizo just glared at him, "Dey! You didn't even see him coming out! And not only that, he might've went to school before 3 am." Gopal said, "Isn't that way too early?" Boboiboy commented, 'What's up with everyone these days? Being so early...' Boboiboy thought.

"Huh?! You tryna call us blind!" Lahap remarked, "Enough! We only came here to see if Fang is fine or not and he is, so, it's time for the two of us to go back. Boboiboy, Gopal, you two better hurry. I don't want you to be late because of us." Kaizo said as he walks away with adding any more words, followed by Lahap closely walking behind him. Of course, before waving goodby to the two boys.

"Uwahh... Abang Kaizo is really mysterious, huh?" Boboiboy commented, "It kinda reminds me of someone I know..." Boboiboy smiled as he turns to look at Fang from below the window, "I know right, if he really is Fang's brother then that must mean he likes popularity too, right?" Gopal said and that made the two think of Kaizo acting like Fang which made them giggle at the thought.

"Hahahaha! But... what if he isn't acting like himself? Like he's shy or something?" Boboiboy questioned, "What do you mean by that?" Gopal asked, "What if Abang Kaizo acts differently when he's with Fang alone but since we're with him, he can't." Boboiboy explained, "Which is why Fang couldn't remember much!" Boboiboy added. "So you're saying you want Fang and Abang Kaizo to go bonding alone?" Gopal questioned, "Isn't that a bit too dangerous? They still didn't give us any evidence about being related other than the fact that they do look alike." Gopal added, "Who said anything about being alone? We'll be following them so they're technically not alone." Boboiboy explained before walking away to school. "Huh? E-Ey! Wait up!" Gopal shouted as he walks closely behind Boboiboy.
