Levi managed to hold a funeral for Erwin. He's the only one who had a decent burial.

He deserves to rest.

But surely, acquiring the Colossal Titan did well to boost the morale of the Scout Regiment. This year, you got a larger number of cadets, aiming to get into the Scouts. Especially now that you have 2 Titans on your side.

Eren slammed a fist on the table, "I need to acquire the War hammer's abilities & activate the Founder titan's abilities. I have to find a way to alter Eldia's DNA & find a way to keep us alive," he said as he glanced at Armin.

Now that you have acquired the Colossal Titan & with the Female Titan locked under your HQ, Marley backed down for now.

Armin suggested not to kill the wandering titans outside the wall as it can still serve as Eldia's protection, especially now after Hange's experiment of injecting Historia's royal blood in Eren's veins, he can control the wandering titans.

Hange dismissed the meeting, considering Eren's idea & she said that she would have to look at all angles to come up with a plan.

Hange left earlier leaving you & Levi inside the war room. You were still fixing the papers on the table while Levi was pouring himself some tea.

'It's been a while,' you thought as you felt the familiar tension in the air.

You tried to act normal as Levi casually leaned backward on the table, holding his tea & observing you.

"How are the recruits?" He asked, his voice a little raspy as he just swallowed some hot liquid.

"They are shitty, but can be trained," you replied, trying to keep your voice steady, "Trying to be positive that they're not hopeless idiots."
