"I want to grow old with Mikasa & everyone," he admitted, "I wanted you all to live a happy, longer life & find out the truth about Titans for Commander Erwin."

"Then why do we need to keep Zeke alive?" Levi asked, "I know he's your brother & all, but he has killed a lot of our own."

"I want to know where he really stands in all of this," Eren said, "If he's against us, then you can have his head, Captain."

They all exited his office while you made yourself a cup of coffee & a cup of tea for Levi.

You sat down beside Levi as you drank your coffee. He wrapped an arm on your shoulders as he sipped from his cup, but then you hissed from the forgotten pain on your shoulder.

Levi placed his cup down on the table beside his couch & looked at you worriedly, "What's wrong, Laney?"

You muttered a curse under your breath & answered shakily, "I have forgotten that I dislocated my shoulder. Sasha popped it back, then I bandaged it tight. So much adrenaline that I have forgotten that it hurts like a bitch until you squeezed it."

"Sorry," he said in guilt, "Let's go to the hospital wing."

You stood up & walked in silence. You could feel the air shift to a peaceful one.
