It is a shock even to me how I am thinking so much about that message. I have got such messages. I mean guys send 'Hey' 'Hey Dear' and all but why is this message making a storm in my mind. Maybe because it is from Stefan?

Or maybe because he is trying to have a hold on me?

But then why is he not choosing Alex to be close to me?

Am I missing something in the picture?

He had a nice talk with Blair! Why?

Because of me?

But then why is he not confronting me?

Is he talking to them to know if I am single?

"Uhhh..." I am awake since half an hour and I am early today. Yes I repeat! I am early today. I just woke up around 6.am today. I mean my eyes just flicked open. I don't know why I woke up so early but I did and then I took my phone and just accepted Stefan's friend request but didn't see the message yet. I am currently on my back with my phone in my hand and I am staring at my messenger showing me that message but I do not open it!

I am out of my bed as mom get in my room. today I feel a need to look beautiful! Get dressed and you know hold a attention. I just went to my closet and stand there. I am not sure of what to wear today! Blair will be here in 30 minutes and I am still in my towel. I finally settle for a Black skinny jeans and a plain off-white colour tank top. It is a bit low neck! I took my bag with actually stuffing some random books in it and left.

Who says I am late?

Blair is! I am always on time. She cannot be on time for once. I have a news to share which is kind of big for us and still here she is late. But she don't know I have something to share right? So it is okay! She is actually late for only 4 minutes but it did feel like infinity. I hopped in the car and took her for the grand bestie hug! I hugged her with all my might. I missed her but she doesn't respond the same way. She just takes her arms around me and smiles when we pull apart. Something is wrong! I know if I ask her something she will divert the topic by asking why I am so happy. Better I don't push her.

"Blair, Stefan sent me a request and even texted me a 'Hi'" I said in one breath that to a bit fast. Blair just smiled at me for a moment and then maybe she recollected my words and looked at me and said the stupidest thing ever... according to me.

"He likes you!"

"Blair! Are you nuts it is just a friend request. You see 'friend'" I said and emphasised the word friend. Blair is too... fast. Since it is yesterday that we came to know that Stefan is looking out for a girl. I mean the girl he likes.

"He is trying to talk to you.. I guess you are not able to see that?" She makes it sound like the most obvious thing in the world. I am not going to agree so soon, now will I?

"It is not like that, you see, I mean maybe he is just trying to be a friend you know like me and Alex." I am happy denial.

"Friends! Great.. Go ahead with that atleast." She said with sarcasm dripping in her voice. Wow! This girl has got capabilities to insult me to no end.

"Yeah, I am just going with the flow!" I said and looked away. I can feel my cheeks getting warm. Some part of me to make the flow like Blair wants but then it is me in the end.

We park the car and walk towards the school. we both are quiet and I know something has taken place at her home. But I don't think she will share. Blair is a bit of introvert when it comes to sensitive topics. She has only on sensitive topic and that is her parents. She has a hard time dealing with them right now. As in her parents want her to study abroad and she wants to study here in the same country. I don't come in between them. Coz I cannot take side of Blair and as well as her parents. So I prefer avoiding stepping in. Plus, Blair doesn't want me to step in.
