Jealousy part 2

After the fun night at the party, Austin and Y/n finally make their way back home. Y/n leans against Austin in the car, feeling a little woozy from all the alcohol. Austin wraps an arm around her protectively, pulling her closer to him.
"You okay, baby?" he asks, brushing a strand of hair away from her face.
"Mmm, just a little drunk," she admits, leaning her head on his shoulder.
Austin chuckles softly, "I can tell. You were the life of the party tonight."
Y/n giggles, "I was, wasn't I?"
Austin pulls her closer and plants a kiss on the top of her head. "I love you," he whispers, his voice filled with sincerity.
Y/n smiles and looks up at him, "I love you too, Austin."
They arrive home a few minutes later, and Austin helps Y/n out of the car. She stumbles a little, but Austin catches her before she falls. He leads her inside and helps her change into her pajamas before tucking her into bed.
As he climbs into bed next to her, Y/n snuggles up against him, her head on his chest. He wraps his arms around her, holding her close.
"Tonight was so much fun," she says, breaking the silence.
Austin smiles, "Yeah, it was. But you know what's even better?"
"What?" Y/n asks, looking up at him.
"Being here with you, just like this," he says, pressing a kiss to her forehead.
Y/n smiles, feeling her heart swell with love for him.
