Okay so now it's morning, yesterday me and Jackson made up, and on top of that I didn't lose my boyfriend. Can I get a Oh Yeah! Okay never mind that, but I get dressed like I do every day and head to school. I go in the gym and talk to Jackson about boring stuff and having nothing else to say, just sit there. We then walk down the hall together like always, people still giving me the death eye, and I head into my class and he heads to his. I was working in my English project when my phone dings. Mrs. Culpepper says," Shelby put the phone up, Please." I pick up my phone, not looking at who it was, and put it on vibrate. Then it goes off again. Mrs. Culpepper tells me next time it happens that she will take my phone, then I'll have to pay 15 dollars to get it back.i take my phone off my desk and put it under my desk and see who is texting me. Guess who it was?! It was Jackson! What was he doing texting me in the middle of class! I text him back asking why he was texting me. He replies that he'll just tell me at lunch because he didn't want me to get my phone taken up. Then the bell rings and that means it's time for lunch! I walked really fast to the lunchroom grab my food, sit next to Kaylee, and wait for Jackson. I then see him appear out of the crowd. He grabs his lunch and sits right next to me. He scotches closer to me and smiles. I wonder what he had to talk to me about? He then says," hey Shelby! I wanted to talk to you about maybe going to the dance this Friday? What do you say, will you be my date for the Valentines dance?" I look at him and say,"Umm... I'll have to see. I might be able to go, and if I can I would love to be your date! He gives me a hug and says," It will be great if you come! I'll also pay for you ticket." I then thank him and we hold hands under the table for the remainder of time left for lunch. I felt bad saying that I would go because honestly I don't think I want to go and if he found out then he would definitely break up with me. I would have to make a choice.To choose to embarrass myself trying to slow dance, or to not have a boyfriend. I better make a decision fast or us wouldn't last!
