JIMIN'S POV
What's this about?
My mom's words left me in suspense... what was she talking about?
As we all walked in the house we found my dad sitting comfortably on the couch with his full attention on his laptop.
He immediately placed his laptop away when he saw us come in. What's he so excited for that he even put his work away? Thats weird.
"Everyone please do sit down!" My mom motioned us
All of us sat comfortably on the different couches surrounding the whole living room, all waiting eagerly for the news to be said.
"So should i start or you?" My mom asked my dad excitedly
"Ill do it"
My father reassured giving his wife a grin.
"So ill just make this short and straight to the point, Rosie~ what do you think about joining the family?"
My eyes widened... wait is this for real?! I snapped my head to Rose's direction only to see her looking back at me with the same expression.
ROSE'S POV
Is this really happening? I've waited 17 years of my life in that orphanage... is this finally my time
My eyes were wide open when i hear what Mr Park said. The tears slowly started showing in the brim of my eyes.
I couldn't believe i was finally getting adopted...
Someone actually wanted me...
Someone actually chose me...
Mrs Park finally went towards me and whipped the tears that dared to escape my eyes, she herself had tears in her eyes as well as she gave me the warmest smile ever...
"Welcome to the family Rosie~"
And with that she engulfed me in a tight hug.
Here comes the water works.
After Mrs Park broke away from the hug , Mr Park came in and gave me a hug as well.
"I can't believe we'll be siblings now, i mean we look the part already but.. haha" Jimin snorted engulfing me in a tight squeeze as well
I glanced at Felix only to see him looking back at me with painful tears in his eyes but at the same time he had a small smile plastered on his face.
"Oh Felix dear dont be sad~ of course I didn't forget about you, you and Rosie have been together since so long... you really think i can break that bond?" Mrs Park stated patting his head
My eyes went wide once more...
"Felix? Are you ready to be a Park?" Mr Park asked
Felix looked dazed, too shocked to comprehend but still he had the widest smile as he shook his head up and down like a kid.
Mr and Mrs Park didn't waste the time to hug him tight.
Both Felix and i have been waiting for this moment for so long... at last, and in the end we still end up being family.
Can this day get any better?
All of our friends congratulated us as well.
"Im so happy for you too" Jisoo started
"Your an official park already guys!!" Dahyun stated
"Hope you guys the best" Lisa said
"Congratulations besties!" Jennie exclaimed
"Im very happy for you princess~" Taehyung came and engulfed me in a tight hug, lifting me from the ground a bit
"Ok bitch move- my turn"
Yoongi lowly said before patting Taehyung to move aside, earning a glare from Kim.
"Congratulations my Rose"
I thanked everyone as we continued to stay for awhile since Mrs Park wanted to treat us for dinner.
