How long is this going to take?!
I've been waiting at least an hour now for these crackheads.
The girls and I decided on going shopping today. We were supposed to meet up at the mall but it seems that I got here a little bit too early.
I huffed, sitting down on one of the lounges as I continued to brain rot on Instagram reels.
YOONGI'S POV
Gosh why did I even do this?
Decided to hangout with I.N and Hyunjin today- why the fuck did I ever think about hanging out with those married mother fuckers?!
Anyways I ditched them right before they started bickering in the Chanel store.
Sigh.. I'm actually glad- this is way better.
While I was walking around blasting music through my headphones I spotted a familiar figure plopped down on one of the lounge chairs.
Rose?
Inching closer to the Blondie's figure I realized it really was her.
Shaking my head I grinned.
Only an idiot would fall asleep in a public place like this.
Lightly I started patting her cheek earning a small gasp from her end as she slowly fluttered her eyes open.
I smile crept up my face as she squinted
"Yoongi?"
"Hmm now who is stupid enough to sleep on a chair in a public mall?" I mocked earning an eye roll
ROSE'S POV
Quickly I checked my phone for the time and saw all the missed texts and calls from the girls.
I groaned and face palm
"What's up?" Yoongi asked plopping next to me
"I was supposed to go shopping with the girls today but I guess I slept too long and they're already done and left"
"Damn...bummer"
"Why are you here anyways?" I faced him
Yoongi just shrugged as he gave me one of his famous gummy smiles.
"Jeongin and Hyunjin decided to hangout today and invited me to come with"
"Why the hell are you here then?. . . Alone?"
"Oh. I ditched them before I could kill myself from the embarrassment of even knowing them"
"That bad?" I barked out a laugh
"Lord have mercy ~ they bicker like old people fuck"
I threw my head back laughing also gaining a few chuckles from him too. I sighed.
We sat there for the next few moments in complete comfortable silence.
...
"You wanna get ice cream?" Yoongi chimes out of the blue
We both instantly get up from the sofa
"Bet"

"Mint ice cream? What is wrong with you woman?"
I scoffed at him
"You should not be talking! there's 36 flavors and you picked vanilla- chocolate is understandable but vanilla?"
"Haters gon hate, players gon play" he shrugged as I rolled my eyes
"Want to know a fun fact?" I started
He hummed in response as I continued
"If it wasn't for my mind chocolate craving I wouldn't have found you that night"
His gaze softened a bit when he looked at me with a little smile
"Never knew I would be thankful for a person's obsession with cold toothpaste"
I chuckled as I took a big bite of my ice cream right in front of him.
That night was the first time we ever gotten close, the night we understood each other...
In a way.
"You know, If I'm gonna be honest with you- Im sorry I'm such a pain in the butt a lot of times. Or the times that I was mean to you when we first met. Sorry for throwing myself at you and sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable and played with whenever I get jealous easily of Taehyung "
Well that was out of the blue...
"I mean sure I do get hella pissed off of the both of you but I truly try to keep an open mind with how you guys feel and how you express them. I think it's just a phase- the both of you guys will get over it sooner or later" I replied
I could tell by the way his back tensed and the way his whole body was now facing me that he had something else to say after what I just told him.
Unknowingly I held my breath for what that may be
"I don't think is a phase Rosie"
And there goes my heart.
