It's finally the day of our performance. I'm nervous since we literally prepared this in three days.
We're backstage, waiting for our cue. I had the strong urge to practice last night, but one of the most important things about singing is getting enough sleep to hit them high notes. haha i remember not sleeping the day b4 an intro performance and screwing it up
"Are you ready?" I ask Akito. "We've got this." "Next up, our main guests for the night, the Bad Dogs!"
This is the loudest I've ever heard a crowd cheer for us. Huh. We've gotten really popular. We walk onto stage as the opening notes of Airhead begins to play. I always liked this song, because of how, despite being simple, the lyrics convey such a compelling story.
I'm fairly sure that ronin (derived from Japanese ronin samurai, samurais who are without masters; meaning that their master was likely killed. Whereas 'ronin samurai' means something different in pop culture, the Japanese view 'ronin' as warriors who failed their masters, since they were unable to protect them from mortality. This is a disgrace. In the present, a ronin is a student who were held back and must repeat a grade. Thus, why the song is called Airhead. don't look at me that wasn't fact checked. sometimes i wonder how i know this kind of stuff
It ends soon, followed by the fan favourite, Fragile. I knew the dance by heart now, and can do it blindfolded.
Wait a second. Is that . . . . ?
I see a flash of platinum blonde in the crowd . . . . Kohane? y does this sound like toya x kohane in an akitoya fanficNext up is the shortened rendition of Egoist we decided to arrange. I think it turned out rather well.
Okay, Mirai is probably my all time favourite though, which concludes our performance.
