Round 1

"Man Izuku, your match was awesome! It's got my so pumped up for my match!" Cosmo exclaimed as excitement radiated off him. Izuku merely raised an eyebrow. "Really? I couldn't tell." Izuku muttered as he watched Cosmo literally shake with anticipation. "While it's good to enjoy what you do, you must be cautious." Tenya felt the need to remind the grappler who shot him a thumbs up.

"Don't you worry Iida, my boss and master has drilled that into my head more times than I can count!" Cosmo told the spectacled teen. "I absolutely hate losing and I have no intention of dropping out in the first round." Cosmo continued on before glancing towards Izuku. "Especially when my goal is so close." Here Izuku shot him a challenging grin. "Fight me as many times as you want. It'll end the same every time." Izuku told him getting Cosmo to give a smirk of his own.

Momo and Tenya were glanced at each other. "You faced each other before?" Momo asked with Cosmo giving a so-so hand gesture. "Not an official match. But he and I have had more sparing matches than I can count." The grappler explained. "Ah achieving victory and experiencing defeat against your friend and rival. What a fine way to grow." Tenya said smiled at the thought.

Cosmo however snorted. "Yeah well I can't exactly say I've achieved victory yet." Cosmo admitted. "As you can probably tell by my title my strangling skills are second to none. However despite that I've never been able to beat him." Cosmo told the two as he pointed over to Izuku much to their disbelief.

"Never?" Momo asked in disbelief with Cosmo shaking his head. "Not once. Thanks to Izuku's insane training ethnic, weird body and an instructor that makes my master look tame I just can't seem to close the gap." Cosmo said with a shrug of his shoulders with Izuku developing an eye twitch.

"OI, words like that can hurt!" Izuku exclaimed with Cosmo huffing. "You learned how to dislocated every bone in your body to ensure you can't be grappled, what else do you call that?!" Cosmo demanded with Momo and Iida gasping in disbelief at what they just heard while Izuku just rolled his eyes. "The bare minimum." He said without a hint of doubt.

After all if there was a way to counter a fitting style why not learn it?

Cosmo huffed but decided to move on. They've had this argument to many times before.  "Anyway let's go find a restaurant to celebrate!" He proposed. "But shouldn't we go and find Mr. Yamashita and the others? Surely they would-." Izuku cut Iida off suddenly by placing his arm in front of him. before glaring to the side. "What do you want creep?" Izuku asked glancing towards  the side where Setsuna was waiting for them.

"Why to congratulate you of course." Kiryu said as he approached Izuku with  his arms spread wide as if going for a hug only to stop when Izuku let out a feral growl at the older teen. "Thanks now you can leave." Izuku told him with Momo and Tenya blinking in surprise.

Izuku in the short time they had known him had always acted politely and friendly if not a little bloodthirsty. So to see him show this much hatred towards a man who's acting quite kind was more than a little off-putting. "Iida. Yaoyorozu. Get behind me." Cosmo said as slowly got into a crouching position. Kiryu noticed this and simply smiled. "There's no need for that, All I have left to do is apologize my darling Izuku." The Beautiful Beast said with Izuku narrowing his eyes dangerous.

"And just what do you have to apologize for?" Izuku asked Haki starting to radiate off his arms unbeknown to everyone there. Setusna merely smiled as he raised a finger. "In the brief time we've been reunited I'm afraid I've told you a single lie." Kiryu admitted. "One I intend to correct once you and I are reunited in the ring." The older teen promised.

However a mad laugh raced through the hallway and everyone turned to the source which was none other than Raian Kure. "Sorry pretty boy! But Greenie's not making it past the next round!" He said before letting out a savage grin. "Especially after I finish mutilating him!" Raian laughed with Izuku raising an eyebrow.
