Chapter Nineteen:I hate men (not him tho)
White Wedding - Billy Idol

Cherry stood in front of the huge mirror, a silky white dress clung to her pale skin. She barely looked like herself, her hair was natural and she didn't jolt at every noise. Nikki leaned against the doorframe with a large smile on his face. He held out his arm for the blonde to take, Cherry felt as though she had no control over her body as she grabbed his arm. He led her into a large hall where hundreds of people stood watching the siblings walk down what looked like an aisle. Cherry began to panic as a long haired brunette stood at the end.

"Let me leave" she whispered to Nikki tugging on his arm. Nikki ignored her and continued walking straight towards the dark haired figure.

Cherry's breath hitched as the person slowly turned around revealing.

Tommy fucking lee.

The blonde jolted out her bed white powder going everywhere. She rubbed her eyes and cursed, spotting the powder on the floor.

"I was about to marry Tommy" she shrieked, gazing at her ceiling. "What the actual shit. He punched the shit out of me. Why would I marry him" she whined as she clambered out her bed.

She stalked down her stairs tugging down her oversized shirt she stole from someone her eyes glanced at her calendar causing her to freeze.

In bright pink ink it read, Tommy and heather's wedding don't forget.

"Fuck my life" cherry muttered as she raided her pantry in search for something to make her feel better.

She snatched up a granola bar and flopped on her couch munching away at the food. She stared at the long bag that contained her bridesmaid dress. She never understood why Heather had asked her but here she was staring at the silk pink dress. She hated that it wasn't white like in her dream.

"Cherry it's Heather" the blonde's voice machine spoke, snapping her out of her trance. "Please come soon so we can get ready" Heather continued and then the machine beeped.

Cherry groaned as she grabbed the dress, slinging it over her shoulder and walking to her car not caring that she currently looked like she had been dragged through a bush. The venue was an hour away and the whole way Cherry screamed along to the radio. She sped into the parking lot striding into the venue.

"Im here" she called as she walked into the change room. Her eyes locked with Heather, she looked amazing, her golden hair was tied up and her dress flowed onto the floor.

"Cherry thank fuck" Heather said with a exhale. "Hurry and get ready babe i also need you to check on the boys later" Cherry nodded pulling her dress out the bag.

Her dress was amazing. It matched the rest of the bridesmaids but her hair stood out amongst them, the blonde and black was a statement. Every spec of makeup matched the other girls, she felt normal.

"Hey I'm gonna go check on Tommy" Cherry said, Heather hummed in response as Cherry slid out the room. The blonde sighed, opening her locket and inhaling a small amount of the white powder that rested inside. She walked across the hall, her ears picking up a crash from inside. "Can I come in its Cher?"

She slowly opened the door. She watched as Tommy paced around as the others were sprawled out on chairs. Tommy spun around his eyes stopping on Cherry as he looked at her up and down.

"Is she still gonna marry me Cher?" he asked with a tinge of innocence in his voice. Cherry felt an odd feeling in her stomach like a mix of nausea and anxiety.

"Well she hasn't run so i'd assume so" The blonde said with a slight smile trying to bottle up the weird feeling. Was it jealousy? It couldn't be. "What's wrong with Nikki?" she asked, pointing at her passed out brother.

"Are you fucking kidding" Tommy seethed storming towards the bassist. "Best man wake the fuck up" he yelled in his ear.

"Mick, what's wrong with him? '' Cherry asked slightly more concerned as her brother woke up. His eyes were bloodshot and he seemed high. "Is he high?" she asked. Mick nodded sadly as he watched the girl's concern change to anger.

"I'm good. Everything is good" Nikki slurred. Cherry scoffed, rolling her eyes as she began to fix her dress. "Cherry baby you look great" he continued to babble.

"Everything is not ok" Tommy groaned "just clean up" he tried to continue but was cut off by Nikki falling through a table. "Hey, are you about to ruin the happiest day of my life?" Tommy scolded loudly. Cherry sighed at the fact this really was the happiest he was going to be.

"The happiest day of your life?" asked with a harsh scoff. "The happiest day of your life was when i let you join my band and when you met my sister" Nikki sneered while sipping a beer.

"Nikki stop now isn't the time, '' Cherry warned. Nikki glared at her before.

"I don't even know why you are here Cherry, Tommy beat your ass because of his wedding" Nikki said, his eyes drilling holes into the girl.

"Shut up Nikki, I'm serious," Cherry said. "Not today I beg you" Nikki sighed before flopping back on the couch. Cherry let out a breath before walking to stand behind Mick.

"Do you want me to get someone else to stand up there with me?" The drummer threatened looking at the other members.

"Dont look at me" Vince said raising his hands. Tommy turned to Mick pleading with his eyes.

"Ill do it drummer" the older man said rising out of his seat slowly.

"Ive already got the rings lets just get this over with" Nikki slurred.

Cherry had no idea what he was on but for the first time she prayed that it wasn't what she thought it was. The blonde walked towards her brother grabbing him by the collar pulling him to face her. "Straighten up" she growled as she stormed out the room, her heels clicking down the linoleum floor.

She stood up with the other bridesmaids to watch as Heather and Tommy exchanged vows. For a split second she wished that it was her. Why was she like this all of a sudden? Before she knew it they were married.

"Cherry come in for photos" Heather exclaimed happily. Cherry forced a smile as she wrapped an arm around Nikki practically holding him up. He was completely shit faced.

"What are you on?" she whispered to him. He looked at her as the camera clicked. "Nikki answer me please"

"Heroin" He said his voice barely over a whisper. Cherry choked on a sob as she nodded excusing herself from the photos.

Footsteps followed the blonde as she darted towards a place with any fresh air. Her lungs felt heavy. It was like when she had asthma as a kid.

"Cherry wait" Tommy called, grabbing her arm. The blonde looked up, her eyes full of tears threatening to spill.

"Did you know?" she choked out, Tommy gave her a confused look wanting more clarification. "The heroine, did you know?" she sobbed.

"I knew, i didn't think it was that bad though" He said pulling her closer to him.

"You should go back to heather" Cherry mumbled wiping her eyes on her arm. Tommy chuckled, placing a finger under her chin.

"You're more important," he said softly. Cherry felt awful he had just gotten married. "You're my best friend," he said. Cherry let out an internal scream as she pulled away from his grasp.

"Thanks Tom" she said softly walking back into the venue with him.

She was crushed. she was utterly in love with Tommy Lee a married man who happened to be her best friend.
