After years of feeling trapped and bound,
Finally, freedom is what I have found.
No more chains holding me down,
I am free, flying high like a bird in the sky.
I taste the sweet air of liberation,
My heart pounds with sheer elation.
I dance around without a care,
With a smile that's bright and rare.
All the fears and doubts fly away,
With the newfound light of the day.
I embrace all the possibilities,
Everything is just so fulfilling and free.
The fresh breeze from the mountains,
The deep blue of the ocean.
I am grateful to those who fought,
For the gift of freedom we got.
Now I can enjoy every moment,
Having the courage to stand and own it.
A life without bars, shackles or chains,
Is what I gained, from enduring the pains.
Now I am the master of my fate,
With a heart unburdened and great.
Finally, free from things that bound,
I soar higher, with no limits around.
