I watched as Uzi paced around worried about the fact she had to pretend to have a boyfriend from now on, "Ugh! Why was I so stupid!" She says flopping down next to my "You were after approval, you saw him happy for you and clung to it" I say patting her back as she laid on her stomach, she rolled over "Why are you not was worried as me?" She asked "Cause what happens to me if he finds out it was a lie? Nothing" I say, Uzi sighed as the door to her home opened and Khan walked in "Oh hey Khan!" I say as Uzi shot up "Uhh dad what are you doing here?" Uzi says nervously "Took the night off to get to know the man dating my daughter!" He says enthusiastically "Great...." Uzi says rubbing the back of her neck "Is something wrong Uzi?" Khan asked "No I'm just fine!" She says clearly not okay, "You sure cupcake? You seem uneasy" I say "Oh you already have a cute name for her!" Khan says smiling, Uzi glared at me hating the name but had to play along "Yeah I'm sure just still getting use to having you around" she says resting her hands by her side, "So Y/n your different to say the least" Khan says "Yeah, I'm not from here obviously, in fact only until recently I lived on earth my whole life so being out here is a little nerve racking" I say "Well glad you have my wonderful daughter to help you get settled!" He says "Yeah, she's good company, better then most" I say as Uzi seemed to blush a little at the compliment. "So Y/n did you have a job before you came here?" Khan asked "I've held several jobs but I wasn't at them for long" I say "Oh? Why were you switching jobs so much?" He asked "Trying to find something I enjoyed doing, after all find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life" I say as Uzi rolled her eyes "Did you ever do anything with doors?" He asked "Actually yes, I worked at a factory that made windows and doors. Though I didn't build them only loaded them on trailers as I worked in the shipping department" I say "Well that's great! We need someone who can help with moving doors in the WDF! I can get you the position if you want it" he offered "That's sound great, but what all will the job entail? Will I need to be at a certain area all day? I don't want to take a job that will tear Uzi and I apart" I ask "Of corse not! We will provide you with a radio! You can attend school with Uzi and we'll call you when ever we need you!" He says "that's perfect! I'll happily take the job, and did you say school?" I ask "Yes I've already enrolled you so you'll have classes tomorrow, Uzi can help you get around" he says "Oh god why..." I say "Is something wrong?" Khan asked "No, I just don't have fond memories of school on earth. I dropped out middle of high school and got a job because I hated it so much" I say "So you don't want to go to school?" He asked "Nah it's fine I've matured a bit now I'll give it another go" I say "Great news!" He says "Uhh dad quick question where is Y/n going to sleep?" Uzi ask "Why in your room of corse!" He says as her face explodes with a blush. I blinked a few time just as surprised as Uzi was at his answer "Speaking of which you should show him where everything is" he says getting up as his radio went off "Looks like duty calls!" He says leaving me and Uzi alone, Uzi was sitting still with a blush plastered all over her face "What's wrong cupcake?" I ask teasing her, it did exactly what I intended snapping her back to reality "Don't call me that!" She says slapping me, I smile "I'm starting to enjoy this whole fake couple thing" I say earning a glare from her, "Come on I'll show you around and don't think we are sharing a bed!" She says "Alright no need to get angry" I say following her.

She leads me around the apartment showing me the different rooms before finally showing me hers, we got inside and it was small to say the least and not only that but I didn't see any room for me to sleep aside from her bed which she already ruled out. "So this is your room huh?" I asked looking around "Yeah, it's a lot smaller then I realized with how tall you are" she says trying to find a spot for me to sleep, I sat down on her bed as she tried moving things around to make room but couldn't and after a few minutes she was sweaty and still hadn't made any room for me "Ugh! Why is the world against me!" She says, she got a blush again "Looks like we will be sharing a bed..." she says "Umm Uzi, it's not big enough for both of us" I say "Umm yeah it is watch" She says laying down, I lay down next to her and our shoulders overlap each other we turn on our sides facing each other and our faces were only a few inches apart, "Uhh I'm starting to see what you mean" she says "You know what's going to happen if we sleep like this right?" I ask "Yeah yeah, I've read enough shitty romance to know we'll wake up cuddling each other, if I didn't know any better I'd say the universe is trying to get us together" She says "I mean you said it yourself, I'm your boyfriend" I say teasing her "To go along with my lie!" She says getting frustrated yet blushing at the same time "Sure it was cupcake, or did you actually say it that way on purpose so we'd have to pretend and this is all according to some master plan?" I say teasing her some more "No of course not! Thought that would be a genius plan! And don't call me that!" She says pulling the blanket over herself instead of hitting me. I laughed a little before reach over pulling the blanket down a little to reveal her rather upset look "Is something wrong Uzi?" I ask sitting up "No... I'm just it's all so much at once! We only met several hours ago and yet here we are sharing a bed for the foreseeable future" she says sitting up resting her head on her pillow, "Yeah, it's kinda moving way to fast and it will only get worse tomorrow when we get to school, you know people are going to tease us" I say "I know and that's what I'm dreading more, I already hate the torment I already get now it's going to be worse" she says "Not if I can help it" I say "Well what are you going to do?" She asked "Bite back, they wanna toss names and insults around I'll crank it up to eleven and shove it right back at em" I say. "Seriously? How good even are you at insults? They call me freak so that's like there best insult" she says, I laugh at it "That's fucking child's play compared to what I'll say, I threaten them with violence for god sake" I say as Uzi sat up "Hopefully it goes well then" she says "Oh it definitely won't I'm going to make a lot of people either hate me or fear me and some both" I say "Great getting set to the principles office on your first day, my dad won't be happy about our relationship after that." Uzi says. I shrug "If he wants to get mad at me for standing up for ourselves let him" I say as Uzi yawned "Sleepy?" I ask "Yeah a little" she says, I laid down next to her again pulling the blanket over me "So should we just cuddle up on or just let it happen?" I ask "No! We are not cuddling!" She says making me laugh "I know I was just teasing you" I say as I got comfortable Uzi and I were facing each other and she did have a blush which I understood, "Night Uzi" I say closing my eyes "Yeah... Night Y/n" she says. I had a difficult time actually getting to sleep but eventually I blacked out entirely.
