Unexpected// Legolas

Swim

I went in and settled the saddle bags down on the counter top of my kitchen. I heard Legolas enter and smiled I turned and bit down on my apple. "So you built this?" He asked as if i didn't say it nearly two minutes ago. "Nar don't underestimate me. I have done things you can only dream of." I whispered the last bit and walked out to my living room. "It's not common to see this type of house decor. I like it" Legolas said. He ran his hand over this side of the book shelf where all my books were. "Have you read everyone of these books?" He asked and pulled out one of the books. I smiled and moved to him.

"No I still have to read this one. I haven't finished it yet" I pulled out a book called 'The Far Side Of The Sun" I was still reading it. It was about a girl who was on an island and fell in love with a man she did not expect to love. It's a very good book to be honest. Very scandalous, and definitely not something I would read to people. I took it off of the shelve and put it on the side table. I wasn't that far in only a little bit. "Take a book if you like" I smiled and threw my apple out of the window.

It was almost nighttime and I wanted to go for a swim. The water was never really that cold. I left to go get a towel. I came out to see Legolas stand infron of the window looking out. "Where are you going?" Damn I forgot about the elf ears. "I'm going to go swim. You're more than welcome to join." I didn't know what I was thinking. I was going to swim naked. "I'll think about it" I nodded and left to go to the water.

I stood at the edge of the water and started to undress. I only had a necklace on. I moved into the water. I didn't know if the other elves did it, but, I shaved my hair down there. I never liked it because I saw it as unhygienic. I wasn't ashamed that I shave it. I also shaved my legs. I was about stomach deep in the water dipped in completely. I was happy to be in the water. My powers were better in the water. I came up and saw Legolas at the edge of the water, fully dressed. I only came up to my neck. "Are you coming in?" I yelled "In what are you swimming?" Legolas asked I guess that he saw my clothes. I smiled "Nothing!" I yelled and smirked. He scoffed and started to undress as well. He took off his shirt, oh dear god! His abs were clearly seen. He signalled for me to turn around. I smirked and turned.

I heard the water move and waited a while before I turned around. I turned to see Legolas in the water. Thank god the water isn't clear. It would of been the death of me. He didn't come to close to me. "We are to be married in six days. I have no pain to see something" he smirked. The audacity of this man. I laughed and decided I could use my power a little. I went underwater and turned into a siren. Oh, this was gonna be fun. I came back up as a siren. "What the hell? Who are you?" Legolas asked in destress. "Chill, it's just me." I smiled and changed back into myself. "Wait, what are you? Your power I mean" he cleared. I smiled

"I'm a shapeshifter and I can control water" I said and moved the water around and up in the air, I dropped it on us. I giggled and Legolas just stood there amazed. "You never failed to amaze me." I looked at his eyes. I never saw how blue they were. I never thought that I would fall for him. I blushed at my thoughts. "Well, I'm going to go out. Take a bath, the water is cold" I moved around him as soon as it got to shallow I shifted into a fox. I grabbed my towel and trotted off to the door.

I slipped in and shifted back, putting the towel around me I walked to my room. I got out my nightgown and layed it out on the bed. And went to the bathroom. I poured the warm water into the bath. I looked under the sink for the bubble bath, something that I got outside middle-earth. It smells like patchouli and lavender. I climbed in the tub, letting the warm water take over my body. I looked to my left to see my book lying on the shelf next to me. I smiled knowing I didn't put it there. "Oh, Legolas" I laughed and reached for it.

I laid in the bathtub reading for a long while. I was really enjoying my time. I washed the dirt and the sweat off of my body. The river was useless. I climbed out got my book and reached for my towel. I padded to my bedroom. I never changed in a bathroom. I always found it to hot in there. "Enjoyed your bath?" Legolas was in the kitchen cooking something. "Dear god. Don't scare me!" I laughed " Thank you. How did you know I liked to read in the bath?" I asked him gently. "You make me think of myself, so I guessed it." He said looking over his shoulder. I smiled and left to go change.

I came back to the living area. "I was thinking" Legolas started I looked at him and answered with a "hmm?" I sat down on the couch and folded my legs to my side. I laid against the couch's arm. "When we get married maybe we should stay here." I looked at him. He was walking over to me with a bowl of food. "And this is?" I asked as he handed me the bowl. "It food" "What type of food? Did you poison it?" Legolas laughed. "Just eat it. Its ground beef and patatos" he was still laughing.

"I think it's a good idea. That we move here." I answered. I took a bite of the food "Oh my god, this is delicious!" I moaned at the taste. He blushed and ate his food. I grabbed my book and left it on the side table. Me and Legolas finished the food at the same time. He smiled and took my bowl. "No no no no, let me take it." I took his bowl from him. I looked up at him. Our faces were so close, I smirked. He was nervous.  "Well I need to take this to the kitchen" I smirked and turned away. I placed the bowl in the sink.

"Has anyone told you that you are overly confident?" Legolas said I turned and walked back to my seat. "Yes. I have been told so. People say it's would be the death of me." I sarcasticly answered. He laughed and I started reading. I lifted my head when I heard him walk. "I'm going to go bath." He stated. "Wait" I said and stood up. I walked to the bookshelf and pulled a book out. "Here" I handed it to him it was a book called 'the vows of silence' I smiled and walked away. When I sat down he was gone.
