Interviewer: What are your thoughts about Aislinn Dunne? And who was she to you?Billy Dunne (lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Daisy Jones & the Six): Well for starters she's my baby sister [the older man smiles at the camera]. So, you must know that I was protective over her especially over those who came close to her. Our father left us at a young age, so even at 7 years old I made sure to be a father figure to her. Looking back at all that happened I do wish I could reverse the mistakes I did, especially the ones that caused our bond to break.
Camila Alvarez (photographer and wife of Billy Dunne): Linny was always a little sister to me and she always made it her thing to call me her older sister. She was possibly one of the sweetest and most caring people you could ever meet and even as she rose to fame, she never let that go, which is very rare. She was always there for me, especially in the hard times [the older woman smiles sadly at the camera]. I just wish she would've told me what went in her life to help defuse the bomb that was waiting to go off.
Daisy Jones (co-lead singer, Daisy Jones & the Six): Aislinn took care of me and made me feel like family quicker than anyone ever had before. Yes, she could be stubborn at times when it came to people wanting to help her, but she never hesitated to be there for others. If it wasn't for her, I don't know where I would've been at certain times in my life during the 70s.
Graham Dunne (lead guitarist, Daisy Jones & the Six): Baby Dunne, at least that's how my family and I called her growing up as she was the youngest of us all [the older man laughs]. Aislinn always had the biggest heart of the three of us and it only showed whenever Billy or I were in trouble. I just wish that it was the same case for Billy and I at the time, considering everything I know now.
Karen Sirko (keyboardist, Daisy Jones & the Six): Aislinn was one of my closest friends during my time with the band. Since the beginning she and Camila always made sure I was doing okay or if I was at home safe which felt so weird at the beginning considering for the longest time I only lived with boys [the older woman shakes her head as she reminisces on her memories]. I am so glad to have been in her life as she taught me so much and made feel reassured that my decisions weren't bad ones.
Warren Rojas (drummer, Daisy Jones & the Six): Man, baby Dunne, [the man laughs at the camera]. Aislinn was possibly the most fun of all her siblings to be around. She was always ready for an adventure even if that meant going to some sketchy place near Laurel Canyon to get drugs. She also made it a point to be serious whenever the time was needed. She always helped me get out of trouble but it also helped that she looked hot while doing so. It's also thanks to her that I even met my wife.
Linda Ross (Aislinn Dunne's former manager): Aislinn Dunne, became one of the most influential people of the 70s in the music industry when she was under my management. I met her when she was only 18 years old but from that moment on, I just knew she was meant to be something grand. Yes, she went through many difficulties in life but sometimes only the best people are able to persevere what she went through.
Simone Jackson (disco pioneer): Oh, sweet little Aislinn [the older woman smiles sweetly at the camera]. Where do I even begin, I remember meeting her at a party after a brief introduction from Teddy Price and can't even place at what moment during that party she became one of my closest friends. She's gone through so much along with other people, but I've never seen someone stand up so quickly from what went on in her life. She was the pure definition of perseverance and determination.
Eddie Loving (bassist, Daisy Jones & the Six): My sunshine [the older man grins while staring off at the distance]. Well, there is so much I can say about Aislinn. Starting with I don't think I've ever laid eyes on someone more gorgeous than her. I knew Aislinn since I became friends with Graham, which was when I was only a kid. I still remember my first time meeting her and seeing her walk out of her house with a red dress and her hair in a ponytail. She looked so beautiful even then as she does now. There is so much that she went through that I wish I could've prevented but sometimes life throws stuff at us that are unpreventable but that doesn't make living with it any easier.
Interviewer: Do you regret any of the things that happened?
Aislinn Dunne: Is there truly any way to not regret anything. I mean yeah, I made stupid mistakes in my youth along with watching others do the same. But I don't think I can say I regret any of what happened as it allowed me to be where I am today. One thing I do regret is not doing more to stop the things that went on as it all fell into the flames.
