There once was a girl.
She was sweet like a baby.
But you fucked her up.
Made her think she was crazy.
I'm that girl.
But I look different lately.
Cos now I'm a monster.
The monster you made me.

It was coming to the end of Rosalie's week staying in Mystic Falls, in that time she had built a close bond with her dad, she had also grown close to both Rebekah and Elijah. She was just happy to have people in her life that, were her family, of course she had the family she was blood related too, but it was nice to have blood relation. Now she just had to get used to the fact that she would be leaving them behind, which was going to hurt.
Though what she didn't know was that Niklaus Mikaelson had come to a decision, a big decision, and that was he would not be staying in Mystic Falls any longer. He wanted to be with his daughter, he needed to be with her. Because she was his daughter and he needed to do right by her, he wanted to show her just how great life can truly be. And with these thoughts he looked over at his daughter as she chatted with Rebekah. Rebekah had instantly become attached to the young girl, never having been an aunt as they had believed that none of them could have children.
"Niklaus, you seem to be in deep thought?" Elijah questioned as he sat down next to his brother.
"I'm not staying here anymore," Niklaus said, dropping the news onto his brother straight away. "I need to go with her, I can't leave her on her own," he whispered as he smiled, seeing Rebekah braiding Rosalie's hair, the girl changing her hair colour to Rebekah's favourite shade of purple.
Elijah looked at his brother in surprise. He didn't realise just how much Rosalie had changed Niklaus in such a small amount of time it was, amazing. "You are sure of this?" Elijah questioned.
"Elijah, she is my child, she has been abused, she has been treated like a pawn, I cannot have her be hurt," Niklaus stated. "I owe it to Lily, I owe it to the woman I love," Niklaus whispered as he smiled seeing Rosalie look over to the pair, confusion in her eyes.
