When they parted with Tom, who was a Slytherin, Rosalie experienced a welcoming she had not expected. Holding the golden egg, she felt a surge of joy and disbelief as the crowd erupted in cheers around her. Both Fred and George lifted her up to sit on their shoulders, and Rosalie's heart soared, the excitement and warmth of the moment making her forget, just for a moment, the tension of the day.

They decided to play along, exchanging knowing glances as the group's laughter bubbled up around them.

"We knew you wouldn't die, Rose," George said with a booming laugh, giving her a cheeky wink.

"NEVER!" Fred and George cried in perfect harmony, grinning from ear to ear as Rosalie shook her head, a smile breaking through her exasperation.

Rosalie forced a smile, masking her irritation at their earlier betrayal, before addressing the group. "Who wants me to open it? You want me to open it?" she asked, playing nice with the backstabbers. The room erupted with cheers of excitement. As she opened the egg, a piercing, metallic screech echoed through the room, making everyone flinch and clutch their ears as Rosalie slammed the egg shut, the sound still reverberating in their heads.
