Hani linked her arms with Haikal and entered the hotel buffet restaurant.
Hani chose a table and told him to take his food first. Haikal was roaming around, holding a plate but it was empty.Hani: Kenapa tak ambil lagi?
Haikal sighed.
Haikal: Takde nasi la yang kat sini
Hani laughed so hard that she almost fell from her seat.
Haikal: Apa yang lawaknya?
Hani: Ya Allah, tekak melayu betul. By, cari nasi lemak ke kat Qatar ni?
Haikal: kalau ada lagi bagus, tapi nasi biasa je pun ok dah.
Hani: Jom I tolong cari..
Haikal: Takpe you ambil you punya dulu.
Hani: Dah la jom..
Hani dragged him.
Hani pointed on the macaroni, mac and cheese to be precise.
Hani: ni tak nak?
Haikal shook his head.
Haikal: Tak lalu la cheese pagi2 ni.
Hani: Mmm humus ni? Sedap tau.. kenyang juga makan dengan roti
Haikal pouted.
Haikal: tak nak.. takpe la tak yah breakfast la. I tunggu lunch je nanti.
Hani: Jangan nanti masuk angin. Habistu selama ni kalau you tak jumpa nasi makan apa?
Haikal: Tak makan.. or selalu amad ada je bawa maggi.
Hani: Aih...
Hani noticed white rice at the end of the buffet.
Hani: By, ni nasi! Tapi macam takde lauk pula. Jap I'll ask the chef.
Hani brought a plate of white rice to the kitchen.
Hani: Excuse me, I'm so sorry. But do you mind if I use the kitchen for awhile. I want to cook fried rice for my husband since none of the food here suits his palate.
Chef: Who.. are you?
He was about to get angry until his staff informed him on who they are.
Chef: Ah.. your Highness. Let me do it for you. I'm so sorry, that my food was not good enough.
Hani: No, I find them delicious. It just that my husband he wants local food. I'll do the cooking. Can I use the ingredients here?
Chef: Yes, the kitchen is yours.
Haikal: Sayang takpela.. you dah pakai cantik2 ni kena masak pula.
Hani: I kan yang jaga perut you. Duduk diam2. Nasi goreng je I mampu ni.
Hani rolled her blouse's sleeve and wear the apron with the help of Haikal. She throw everything that suits nasi goreng.
Hani: Done, by jom makan.
Haikal: Thank you sayang.
Haikal ate the nasi goreng scrumptiously. Hani stared at him proudly. He winked at her.
Hani: Sedap? I hentam je ni. Cili pun guna cili besar je. Lepastu perencah pun I banyak guna sos tiram dengan sos ikan. Belacan memang takdela. Nasi goreng hentam saja la namanya. Mujur hotel ni ada juga asian sauce.
Haikal: Sedap sayang.. hentam pun hentam la. Sayang tak makan ke?
Hani: Nak makan la ni... salad dengan omellet ni.
