Twenty Six

"Oh my gosh, Hyung, she's just the cutest, most adorable baby ever~" Kai said, holding the newborn very carefully. After the baby and Yeonjun had rested for a while, the Taegyukai couple finally got to come inside and see Sooyeon for the first time.

Kai had been dying to hold her since they found out that she was finally born, and here he was. He found her as the most cutest baby in the whole wide world. She had big eyes and bunny-like nose, both traits clearly pointing towards Soobin. Her lips were an exact replica of Yeonjun's ones.

Yeonjun giggled softly, cuddling Soobin, who was sitting next to him on the bed as per his request. "She's perfect~" he said, looking at the baby.

Kai looked at her face with a big smile, gently rubbing her cheek with his index finger. Taehyun and Beomgyu looked at her, too, taking pictures to remember this moment.

The nurse came in after a couple minutes, smiling at the cute sight. "Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know it's time for skin-to-skin to bond. Would you like to have everyone leave the room, or stay?" She politely asked Yeonjun, who hummed.

"I want to be alone with her, please. Just for this time." He said, looking at everyone else.

They nodded in understanding. Hueningkai carefully handed Sooyeon back to Yeonjun, who held her with a smile.

The other boys left the room. Soobin hummed softly, getting up out of bed and kissing Sooyeon and Yeonjun on the forehead. "I'll go get some food for you and Minnie. You get some rest with our little Yeonie~" he said, gently pinching his cheek before pulling away.

Yeonjun smiled softly and nodded his head. "See you later, Binnie. I love you."

Soobin smiled back. "I love you too, Junnie~" he said, waving as he left the room and closed the door.

The blonde walked into the waiting room and went to where the boys were sitting. "Hey guys. I'm gonna go get some food with Minnie, are you guys gonna be here for a little bit?"

Beomgyu shook his head. "No. Kai's feeling sleepy, so we'll probably go home soon. Visiting hours are almost over anyways." He said, earning a nod from the older.

"We'll see you guys tomorrow then." Soobin said, walking over to Minjae, who was sitting on the chair. "Hey, bub. Are you hungry? Let's go get some food." He said softly with a smile.

Minjae nodded and got up, holding his hand. "Can I get Chicken nuggies, Appa?" He asked.

"Of course you can~ say bye bye to your uncles, they're going home soon."

Minjae quickly waved to the boys. "Bye bye uncles!! I love you!" He said happily. They waved bye in return.

"We love you too, Minnie, see you tomorrow!" Taehyun said, smiling.

Soobin hummed before taking Minjae outside to the car. They drove to a restaurant that had takeout and got some food for Yeonjun, Soobin, and some chicken nuggets for Minjae with fries.

On their way back Soobin was just chatting with Minnie about Sooyeon.

"Minnie, how do you feel now that your sister is here?"

Minjae smiled widely. "I'm very happy, Appa! I'm gonna play with her and be the best big brother ever!" He said, giggling.

Soobin smiled softly. "I'm sure you will be, bub~" he replied, and they continued talking.

Once they got back, they went back inside to Yeonjun's room.

Soobin opened the door and saw Yeonjun asleep, holding the also sleeping baby against his bare chest. She was in a diaper and had her cute little socks on. Her head was laying on his shoulder and she was holding onto him with her hands cutely.

Soobin smiled at the sight and walked over, kissing them both on the cheek before walking over to the little table on the side of the bed to set the food down.

"Minnie, you can eat on the couch if you want to." He said, handing him his kids meal.

"Okie." The boy said, taking it and going over to sit on the couch.

Soobin walked back over to the bed, carefully sitting down next to Yeonjun, he gently rubbed his cheek. "Junnie~" he said softly. "Wake up baby." He said, rubbing his arm slightly to get him to wake up, not wanting to startle him.

The older moved slightly, waking up slowly. He eventually opened his eyes a little bit, looking up at Soobin. He smiled softly and adjusted his head so he could see him better, making sure not to drop the baby.

"Hi Binnie~"

Soobin smiled down at him, pecking his lips softly. "I brought you some food. Do you want me to hold Yeonie so you can eat?" He asked, moving some hair out of his face.

Yeonjun nodded, letting Soobin take the baby off his chest to hold her against his own. He looked to his side and grabbed the bag. "You got my favorite!" He whisper yelled happily, pulling out his food. "Thank you~" he said, starting to eat his food.

"Anything for you, Baby~" Soobin replied, gently patting Sooyeon's bum and making sure she's in a comfortable position.

"Minnie, how are your nuggies?" Yeonjun asked after he saw him sitting on the couch eating.

Minjae looked at him. "They're very yummy! I got a toy, too!" He said happily.

Yeonjun smiled. "That's amazing baby. Do you wanna come sit up here with us?" He asked, patting the space between him and Soobin.

The boy nodded and grabbed his box of nuggets before going to sit on the bed between Soobin and Yeonjun.

They ate for a bit, talking about random things and joking around.

Eventually they finished and Minjae had fallen asleep.

Soobin smiled as he watched Yeonjun move the hair out of the little boy's face and kiss his forehead.

Soobin carefully got up and laid the sleeping newborn in the crib, tucking her in before laying back down next to the two on the bed.

"I'm really happy I had him." Yeonjun said, looking at Minjae. "I think that if I had an abortion, I would have been miserable and felt horrible for the rest of my life." He said, looking up at Soobin, a few tears in his eyes. "He's been my whole life for so long and I wouldn't ever want to change that if I could. I'm glad that me and you met, because now we aren't alone anymore." He said quietly, lightly sobbing while holding Minjae's hand.

Soobin scooted closer, reaching over to caress his cheek, gently rubbing it with his thumb. "You did good, Junnie. I know you did the best you could to be a good dad." He said, reassuring him. "I will always be there for you, Minnie, and Yeonie, no matter what, okay?"

Yeonjun sniffled and nodded, smiling fondly at him. "I love you so much."

Soobin smiled back. "I love you so much more~" he said, kissing him softly.

They fell asleep soon after, cuddling each other and their son happily, with Yeonjun feeling a strong sense of relief he didn't know he needed after 4 years.
