•1st Person POV•
"The area of our safe house is kind of far here, that's why we used our vehicle, but like we said it broke down in the middle of the street. We run out of gas too." Seulgi explained.
"Well,, i have a motorbike, it can fit the three of us too. But with our supplies I don't think we can fit together." I said. It's true, if we bring our supplies, three of us won't fit on my motorbike.
"I think I saw a nearby car here. I guess it must be one of your neighbors. They won't mind if we borrow it right?" Jeongyeon said. It's good that she saw a car from our neighbors, she's attentive of her surroundings that's for sure. At least we have something that we can ride on now.
"Of course they won't dimwit. It's the zombie apocalypse if you forgot, and we don't even know if it's full of gas, or if it even has gas." Seulgi pointed out the obvious.
"If we have someone to check it maybe we'll know" I said mindlessly. The both of them looked at me, smiling innocently like a child.
"Well, uhm, Y/n, since you know this place more, how about you check it out?" Seulgi stood me up, pushing me to the front door.
"Yeah, Y/n, you were the one who proposed that idea anyway, so why not do it?" Jeongyeon gave me my bat and pushed me along with Seulgi.
This two are ganging up on me!
"Hey, Hey! Stop! I don't want to go out! What if I get eaten by those zombies you jerks?!" I backed away from the front door, but they both stopped me, pushing me again with stronger force.
Once they pushed me outside, they gave me a nervous smile. "We'll be hoping for your safe return"
"I'll pray for you!" Seulgi stated, doing a cross sign. They slammed the door in front of me, completely shutting me outside.
Those- ugh! I don't have a choice now!
"This is bullshit!" I whispered.
I try to be quiet and concealed as i make my way to the neighbors houses with those zombies lurking out there somewhere, waiting...
Shit! Jeongyeon didn't tell me what house she saw the house! Aish...
Finally, I reached a house where a car is visible from the open garage. It's an old car that is still intact and no damage was visible on it.
Once I reached the garage, I checked if the tank is full of gas, and luckily it is! I tried to open the door, but it's locked.
It needs a key. I've got to find it fast before zombies notice me here. I won't even take a chance trying to break it down.
There's no key here in the garage. I enter the house, being extra careful to not attract any attention. I've seen what these zombies can do, and I don't want to be attacked by them.
I searched around for a bit before I found the key. There it is in the drawer, just lying in plain sight!
I immediately grab the key and exit the house. I then run back to the garage and opened the door. It opened.
Good. I found the key to the car and it has full gas. This is good news. I have to go bring it, or else someone might steal it. Fuck, i hope there's no zombies lurking anywhere.
I started the car and headed back to my house. I saw Jeongyeon by the window and signed her to open the garage. It took her a few minutes to find out how to open the garage before I parked it inside. Luckily, there's no zombies in sight anywhere.
