when I got home, I was met by my mom who was sitting on the couch with phat beside her, playing on his phone. she turned to me and cocked her eyebrow a bit.

"why are you late?" she asked and I just looked at her. "I missed the bus and had to walk home. I literally texted you a few times and you saw my messages. it's freezing outside." I said and she just shrugged her shoulders.

phat turned around and looked at me. "why didn't you call me? I could've came and picked you up." he asked and I gave him a thankful look. "I didn't know you were home already. and plus I wouldn't want to bother you." I said. "no, you're not bothe-" "yeah, don't bother phat." my mom cut him off and I just looked at her.

"for fuck's sake." I said and just walked upstairs to my room, hearing my mom yell for me, asking what I said. I just ignored her and closed the door to my room.

why was she being such a bitch? it's not like I'm hurting her by being gay.

I just took my phone and sat down on my bed after changing. I checked my notifications and saw a few ones. but the one that stood out most to me was a follow request from phat.

I looked at it and clicked on his account, followed it and looked through his photos.

I smiled a bit and got another message from gemini. he was asking to facetime. I of course said sure almost immediately after he asked.

I took my headphones and I put them in, seeing the facetime call and accepting it. "hey, baby." he said, smiling at me. I smiled back. "hey." I said, looking down a bit. I still wasn't used to this and we've been together for a bit now. "what's wrong?" he asked me and I just shook my head. "it's nothing. I just wanna go over there." I said and looked up. "you can come over whenever you want." he said and I smiled.

"I wanna like try and sneak out but my mom will freak out if she sees I snuck out." I said. "if it's too risky we can meet up another time." he said and I just looked at him. "no, I'll come over tonight. I'll either sneak out or I'll like pull phat into this and make him lie to my mom." I said and he just looked at me confused. "why would phat do that?" he asked, his face in a weird expression.

"oh yeah, phat like apologized and stuff. I don't forgive him but I guess I could try. I mean we are like basically siblings now since our parents are getting married." I said and gemini nodded. "yeah, you have a point." he said and I smiled.

we spoke for about an hour before phat came in my room and told me dinner was ready. he teased me a bit and left my room.

"well, I'll see you later." I said and he nodded. "see you later, baby." he said and my ears got a bit red at the tips, like always. "okay bye bye." "bye, miss you already." he said and I kissedmy camera and told him I missed him too before hanging up.

I got up and went downstairs. I saw my mom and lee hanging out by the dinner table, talking about stuff I didn't even care about and phat was on the couch, on his phone like always.

"do you ever get off that thing?" I went over to him and snatched his phone out of his hands. he just looked up at me and the wide smile he had on his face dropped and he gave me a look. I turned the phone around to see what he was doing and he was surprisingly, messaging someone.

I smiled and gave him his phone back, not wanting to look through his messages but I did see a boy's profile picture. so he was messaging a boy and he was smiling that much. interesting.

I looked at him and wiggled my eyebrows. he rolled his eyes and got up, walking to the dinner table that was set up.

I sat down beside him and when the food was given to us both, I took it and just ate it so I wouldn't have to deal with my mom yelling at me for not eating.

once I finished it I quickly got up and I drank a glass of water.

I was pretty hungry before that but still, I didn't want to eat at all. I was already fat as shit.

I went upstairs and went to my room, I plopped down on my bed and took my phone.

while I was scrolling through tiktok, I had this guilty feeling. I didn't deserve food. so I got up and went to my bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror and frowned.

my cheeks were too chubby. I put my hand up and pinched them. they were so soft and big. I didn't want that. I just looked down and then I stared at the toilet.

I walked over to it and looked around. I looked at the door that was closed, crossing my fingers on my left hand, hoping nobody would come in.

then I took two fingers from my right hand and I hesitated before I shoved them down my throat. I gagged and coughed, taking my fingers out.

I took a deep breath and put them back down my throat. I repeated this a few times before finally, I threw up.

the feeling was horrible but I felt a bit better knowing I got rid of the food I ate. I got up and I washed my face and teeth, looking at myself in the mirror. I still wasn't pretty enough.

I shook my head slightly and then I flushed the toilet and left the bathroom. I went to my bed and I looked at the time. it was 7:36. I guess I was trying to throw up for about 10 minutes.

I sat down and started scrolling through tiktok on my phone. I kept seeing skinny and beautiful girls and boys. they were much better than me.

after about half an hour of scrolling on tiktok, I got up and went downstairs. I only saw phat there. he was on his phone again, smiling. I looked at him and raised my eyebrow. I didn't want to disturb him so I just went to the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water.

"hey phat, where are mom and lee?" I asked him. "I think they went out to some people's house or something. I have no idea. they said they'll be home like really really late though." he answered, not looking at me and still staring at his phone. "oh, okay. I think I'll go to gemini's house in a bit." I said and he nodded. "okay, if I'm awake when they come home I'll tell them you went to bed." he said and I smiled.

"thanks." I said and he smiled back. "anytime."

okay a quick update cause I haven't updated in a bit. the next chapter will most likely be fluff unless something hits me in the middle of writing 😭
