"HE'S YOUR BROTHER?" I practically screamed at Lia.

A few students in the hallway turned to stare at me. Crap, now they think I'm a nerd and freak.

"Um yeah?" she nodded and gave me a weird look, "Have a problem?"

"No." I mumbled.

"Awesome," she smiled, "Anyways, I just recieved our maths homework but I still don't get it."

"You're thinking?"

"Can I come over to your place?" she paused and looked at me. I half wished I could go to her place instead. Luckily, she seem to have got the hint, "Or you wanted to come over to my place."

I nodded eagerly.

"Amateurs!" A blondie walked pass and whispered loudly to me.

I clenched my fist and looked at Lia for help.

"Hey, don't look at me!" she threw up her hands.

I ignored her and headed towards my next class. The morning passed in a blur and now I was looking for my English class. Unfortunately, I must've done something wrong or otherwise, why do I keep bumping onto Blaze?! Karma really sucks sometimes.

"Sorry," I said.

"Oh look, it's the new girl again. Why do you keep falling for me?" Blaze cocked a grin.

"I don't know and I don't care." I muttered and pushed past them.

A few seconds later, Lia caught up with me, "Do you even know where you're going?" she asked.

"Yep." but as I continued walking, I realised I was lost, "Okay, maybe not."

She rolled her eyes and gestured for me to follow her.

We finally arrived to our class, panting and recieved detention for being late. It was so unfair!

Lia quickly sat down on the empty seat next to the windows. I looked around to find that the only seat left, was infront of Blaze. I sighed and slumped my bag next to the table and yawned. The teacher gave me a disapproving look but continued with his 'speech' anyway.

I couldn't concentrate somehow. I felt a piercing stare on me but couldn't find out who it was. I turned around to find that the staring with done by Blaze.

"What?" I hissed.

"Nothing," he smiled innocently. It didn't matter whether he smiled a cocky, innocent or cheeky grin. Either way, he was cute! His muscles rippled against the cloth as he moved and shifted to get comfortable. Oh Lord tell me again why I had to be in the same class as him. I turned back to the front and glowered.

"Miss Johnson, do you have a problem?" Mr Trith asked me.

I snapped my head her and smiled innocently, "No it's fine. Please continue."

A few students groaned and earned a glare from him. A few minutes later, the fierce stare was on my back again. Man, Blaze was really annoying.

At Lunch, I met up with Lia and Violet in the library.

"Man, I have a headache." I told them.

"Really?" Violet put a hand on my forehead, "It feels fine to me."

"Not a burning headache. One from where people stare at you 24/7." I declared.

"Oh." they shot me a quizzical look. I ignored them and looked at the books surrounding me. Vampires. They had heaps of those blood-sucker books. But one caught my eye.
