Jin-ho's expression becomes dumbfounded when he gets flat out rejected.

What I know about Jin-ho is that he is a son of a very rich family though he may seem to be a bit off in the head, his attitude remains courteous, and he comes across as someone who'd keep his word. He is quite different from other scions of 'chaebols' often seen in mass media.

I mean, it is clear that Jin-woo is not interested in teaming up with anyone.

"If there's nothing else, we are leaving."

"Hyu...hyung-nim!" Jin-ho hurried to reach out and hold onto him. "Hyung-nim!, only for 20!" No, wait, please partner up with me for the next 19 times!"

The man seems desperate to make Jin-woo part of his team. There are two reason why people became hunters. It is either it was for money, or for their sense of duty.

I can see how Jin-woo is taken aback slightly when Jin-ho declare that he wants to form his own private rate team, even after going through that ordeal with the Red Lizard. It wouldn't be strange to find a scion of a wealthy family who had become numb to the safe environment he had grown up in. However, I can see Jin-ho's expression seems far too serious and determined at the moment for that kind of explanation.

Taking Jin-woo's hand in mind and squeezing it.

He looks down at me and he can sense I want him to hear Jin-ho out. I can see the gear in Jin-woo's brain shifting as he look at Jin-ho.

"Are you perhaps thinking of getting the Guild Master Licence?"

Blinking my eyes in surprise at his answer.

"That's correct, hyung-nim!"

"You want to become Guildmaster?"

He doesn't give off the guildmaster vibe at all.

"Well, uh, the story's a bit complicated there, hyung-nim." Jin-ho's face reddened considerably compared to before as he spoke.

Jin-woo sighs, "Fine, I'll listen."

We all take sit back down.

"As you've correctly guessed, I want to acquire the Guild Master Licence."

Thinking about it. The licence is not that difficult to acquire. You need to be a hunter who participated in at least 20 raids. As long as you meet this base requirement, all you had to do is to pass a written test and you'd get the licence but of course, nobody will join the Guild created by some random hunter, and if a Guild failed to maintain the minimum number of members, it'd be disbanded as well.

Jin-ho, who is the son of the chairman of Yujin Construction, one of the biggest corporation in South Korea. The business expanded well beyond the field of construction and into other sectors and had been making a kill there. To enter the hunter-related business and to establish a guild just to reap the profit with that jump. The way Jin-ho is saying is that his father is trying to scout for strong hunters.

Now the question is who is going to run it.

"My father is thinking of hiring an S-ranked hunter as the Guildmaster and placing my older brother as the vice-guildmaster, and run the guild that way, but..."

I can see Jin-woo is also considering the offer that Jin-ho is giving him.

The authority of a guildmaster is far too great. Even if it was the vice-guildmaster who will hire them, in case of a conflict arising between the two, there is a good chance that the latter will end up completely overtaking the entire guild.

In order to prevent that, there is only one way. All you had to do is to hire a master who'd never ever betray the one who hires them.
