PART 16

SHIZUKO

Tristan would be back to his state after a week and now that he's back to his usual state. The only thing that prevent him from working hard was only one, Mrs Florie. She would enter the office after a few hour, tell her to get his mind off for awhile so that he won't be sick.

I was sitting in the gazebo while i had Snow on my laps. The rabbit is a little bit bigger now that i have live here for awhile and i would star to get used to my new norm life. And i have never been so peaceful than i am right now, here. “Enjoying the evening alone?” someone came up and the only one i know with a deep voice was Tristan.

I turned to look at him. His black silk haired was neatly combed to the back, showing his forehead. He would usually let his hair down most of the time but this hairstyle suit him a lot. The buttoned down white shirt was enough to show his gorgeous side as he entered the gazebo, taking a seat infront of mine.

“As you can see I'm all alone” i told him, a soft smile curved on my lips. Everytime my gaze stop to take a look at his perfect features it did something to my heart. It skips a beat.

“Is everything alright the time you were here?” he strike up a question which i answered with a small nod before travelling my gaze down to his outfit. I would notice that he wpuld not dress up like this when he was home. So i suppose he's going somewhere tonight. Is it possibly he's going out for a date?

A strange twist in my heart.

“My eyes are up here, Lady Lisle” he said which made me quickly look up at him. He would caught me staring at something else and i could die from all the embarrassment. I did not mean to stare at somewhere else but i was thinking about something else— huh does that makes sense?

“my apologies. I was just wondering where you're going tonight all dressed up.” i mumbled out quietly the word before a soft chuckle left his throat.

Beautiful chuckle. I could sleep listening to his chuckle— what was i thinking?

“Why? Do you want to come along?” he asked raising his eyebrow at me. “No, i was just wondering”

“I am meeting some friends. I would have bring you along but I couldn't.” he said before guilt flash in his eyes. “I do not mind. I hope you enjoy your time meeting your friends.”

He kept quiet, staring at me. The guilt were flushed away as it was replaced with a little bit disappointment. I knew. Eyes tell everything. “Won't you ask who is it?”

I blinked. And why would i do that? “Not even what gender i am meeting?” he asked again. I blinked as well.

“Who..is it, my lord?” i asked as he leaned closer to my face staring straight into my eyes before he pulled away. “I thought you would be curious about it, Shizuko” he told me before he got up and look at me.

Now that he made me wonder who is it. Will he be meeting another woman? I bite my lips at the thought before he caught my attention “Let's go see the horseback riding competition tommorow.”
