SHIZUKO

I would be lying to tell anybody that this is not the comfort I'm seeking for. The usual smell of the book filled my nostrils as i turned to look at Tristan. He was leaning against the bookshelf while he gave me a small smile.

He wasn't lying about taking me for a date, i suppose. “Thankyou so much, my lord—” he shook his head when the word left my mouth as he took a step closer toward me.

My breathe hitched when he stood infront of me. The strong masculine smell almost stung my nose as he looks down at me, his eyes are so pretty. Nose, lips everything about him is so perfect. “Adress me by my name.” he said softly. I could be hearing stuff wrong? My ear is still doing fine i suppose since I'm still young!

“pardon?”

“Call me by my first name. Tristan. Not my lord or Viscount Winer.” he said again. That's right he would asked me to call him by his name. “Alright then..Tristan” i said, i know i sounded awkward when the name left my mouth as I'm still not used to it.

“Absolutely right” his smile slowly curved up before he pulled away before glancing at the book shelf “I hope you enjoy the date i set for us. it's the least i could do.”

“Of course. It's more than something i could imagine and i did not know that you would take the word 'date' seriously” i spoke out looking down. I could feel my cheeks heated up real quick.

“If talking about Viscount Winer, he's a man by his word. So if i told you we are going for a date then we are going for a date. Bonus you will get is the date will be really great.” he said softly.

We'd spent few hours in the library looking for the books and sometimes i would talk about the books that i know on the library. He listens, listens and listens to whatever i told him. With his smile that's enough to make me happy.

We left the library around 6 pm as the library is ready to close down. I would borrow a few books from the library to be read at home. “Now, let's go” he hold his arm out as i link my hand around his. “Where are we going now?”

“Everyone’s favorite part. Eating” just by hearing the world my tummy would growl. Luckily he couldn't hear. I think. His side profile, i was quick to catch a thin line of a smile before it disappears.

“Why are you taking me for a date? I thought you do not like these things..”.i suddenly asked when i sit down. He turned to look at me quietly before letting out chuckle.

“Why do you want to know?”

“because it's me you are playing around with.”

“I am not playing around. Did i say that?” his voice stern as i keep quiet. I shook my head before fiddling with my fingers quietly.

“But i know what type of person you are. Marriage is not part of the plan. So does having romantic relationship with someone.”

“Perhaps the plan change, angel face.”
