Y/N
You did what Rossi said. For the whole trip, you focused on the case, and not on the handsome genius that made you smile just by being near you.

The only time you really thought about Spencer was when you were in your hotel room. It didn't help that the genius had decided to 'buddy up' with you. Well, he didn't decide. The truth was, everyone else had picked their room partners before you and Spencer had a chance.

Derek and Penelope shared a room.

Emily and JJ shared a room.

Hotch and Rossi shared a room.

This left you and Spencer in one of the hotel rooms. There were 4 hotel rooms, two on one floor and two on the other. You, Spencer, Emily and JJ got the 4th floor, while Derek, Penelope, Rossi and Hotch got the 6th floor.

In the room that you shared with Spencer, there was one bathroom and two beds. The beds were separated by one nightstand in the middle.

On the 3rd - and final - night, you watched as Spencer got into bed. He wore some sweatpants and nothing else. You honestly believed that if it weren't for you making a deal with Rossi, you and Spencer would have done some pretty...adult things that would definitely not be safe for work, which is ironic, considering you and Spencer were on a case.

Nevertheless, you put on a comfy sweatshirt and pants before you almost got into bed. That's when you made the decision to walk up to Spencer's bed, standing in between both beds.

Without a second thought, you bent down and placed a kiss on Spencer's lips. It would be your 2nd kiss ever, and you liked it. You stepped back and crawled into bed.

"Light on or off?" You asked, looking at the man who - despite loving to ramble on about random facts - was speechless. It took him a moment to register the question that you had just asked, but once he finished blushing, he smiled.

"Off is fine." He nodded, watching as you raised your hand up to the light and switched it off.

"Goodnight Spencer." You smiled.

"Goodnight Y/N." He spoke. You couldn't see him, as the room had been enveloped by darkness, but you imagined a smile on his face as you stared into the darkness.

Eventually, your brain started to relax and you went to sleep dreaming about Spencer, like you had most nights since you met him.

(The Next Day)

You and the team had been away from home for 3 days and on the 4th day, you were finally heading back to Quantico. Unfortunately, as good as your sleep was the night before, - dreaming about Spencer - you were still exhausted. You may have not been tired, but boy were you exhausted, mostly mentally. Your first official case as a BAU member was a lot to handle.

In fact, you had packed your profiler textbook in your purse with the intention of reading more of it on the way there and on the way back.

In reality, you spent the whole trip there talking to the team, getting to know everyone better. As for the trip back, you weren't tired, but the case had left you mentally and emotionally exhausted, so you spent the whole trip with your head rested against the chair. Although, when you woke up, you noticed that your eye-line was slightly sideways. You then realised that your head had ended up on Spencer's shoulder.

"Did you enjoy your nap, resting your head on pretty boy's shoulder?" Derek chuckles, smirking.

"Shut up." You rolled your eyes, ignoring the chuckles and looks from the rest of the team. Everyone except Hotch seemed to enjoy making fun of you for how you chose to sleep.
