cheer camp part 15 ( sectionals )

heyy guys im so sorry for  not uploading sooner ,there is  a very long story to the whole thing ahaha

this chapter is dedicated to one of my best friends Isobel , READ HER BOOK (TELL ME THIS IS A DREAM ), its really good

Cheer camp part 15
 
We were all on the bus freaking out about sectionals , their we were on our way after week of training , I swear we better win after all that hard work that we put into this
" hey Taylor did you bring the cd " our cheer leading coach asked , I think her name was Megan
" um yeah "
" ok cool"
Megan was really nice she wasn't exactly our coach but she went over our routines with us and was our supervisor , I only met her yesterday when she met up with us to do a run through , she was a young age she was about 25 she had pale white skin and brown wavy hair .
 
We eventually got to the place and I was freaking out I was scared I was gonna mess things up.
 
We all sat down back stage and waited till they called our name while we were waiting we did a re run of the routine and warmed up a bit , finally they called our name, we all walked out to were we were going to preform and got to our spaces , the music all of a sudden started and we did the routine I put my leg up and managed to smile and then I did a backwards walk over with Cami , the routine went along really well Ashley and Alex did lots of back flips and front flips and than Ashley managed to do summer salt in the air and that looked amazing ! We also did a little dance bit so that finished the routine when we finished we all did a group hug we had to win, our routine was amazing I guess all of that hard work was worth all of the pain
We all ran back stage
" omega we have to win " Ashley said with a huge smile
" I know !!" I said just a bit overly excited
" ha " we all screamed in excitement.
 
After the other cheer squad finished their routine we all got called out to get our places I looked over to the other team the eels crystal was and she looked over to me and smiled I smoked back at her and then looked a cami she looked very eager to win ,we all crossed our fingers and silently prayed for victory  .
 
The  middle judge got up and started to speak
" all of you guys did well and all your routines were amazing but the one routine that stood out to us the most was the sharks , congratulation guys you one "
" ahhhh " we all jumped up and screamed in excitement and the other groups congratulated us.
 
After winning sectionals we all went on the bus and talked about the victory party Ashley was gonna throw.
 
After the bus dropped us back to the school we all went straight to the cabin and got ready for the party Ashley was gonna throw she already texted all her contacts and asked them to invite people so there were gonna be heaps coming .
 
I went to my closet and looked through my clothes I came across a dress that wasn't too sluty it was black and short but not too short I slipped it on and put a pair of combat boots on it looked good , I fixed my hair and applied some eyeliner and mascara I quickly took a look in the mirror and realized how much I've changed I mean I NEVER use to put make up on and my fashion has definitely changed.
 
I walked out and there were a few people there already just eating and stuff but no one was dancing yet ,
 
" so are you happy we won ?" cami said excitedly
" yes !!! We deserved to win from what we've been through "
" yeah I know !"
I reached over the table and poured some lemonade in a cup then took a sip out of it
" so Taylor , I put your name in yesterday for prom queen " cami said
WTF ! I spat the water out and it went every were ,it just missed cami
" what !" I said in shock
" you said you were gonna run for prom queen "
" what no I was never going to "
" well why did you say it then"
" to piss Ashley off of course , do your really think I'm prom queen material ?"
" yeah , your pretty smart and everyone likes you , common there is probably 98% chance your gonna win everyone like you , and plus if you do it you get to rub it in Ashley's face and last of all I also signed Tom up to be prom king "
" what !?"
" don't worry his done it before "
All of a sudden I started to feel very scared I mean WTF was I suppose to do !? I mean I'm nothing compared to Ashley and she been prom queen how many times ?
 
After about 1 hour the place was packed , people were every where !
 
I pushed through the people and made my way to the kitchen bench there was food spread out everywhere I grabbed a few spring rolls and ate them , gosh this food is good I grabbed a few more and took a few spinach triangles as well
" wow slow down on the food " I slowly turned around and Ashley was standing there looking at me disgusted
 " what " I said with my mouth full
" we act like a lady , we need to empress our guest "
" ugh whatever" she walked off and I carried on pigging out , yum this food was amazing "
After I finished eating I walked around trying to find someone I know all of a sudden I felt two arms wrap around my waist I turned around and Tom was smiling lovely
" hey "
" hi " he walked around me and kissed me on the cheek
" you look so beautiful "
" thanks " I said smiling a little bit feeling shy
" do you wanna dance ?" he asked smirking at me
" I would but I can't ....."
" yeah you can I see you at cheer leading practice you are really good"
I rolled my eyes and grabbed his hand and lead him to the dance floor , a slow song was on so we swayed to the music
" so do you know Cami put your name up for prom king"
" what she did !?"
" haha, is that alright with you ?"
" yeah but you are aware that Ashley is running for prom queen "
" yeah I am too "
" really " he said shocked and excited
" yeah "
" that's great !" he pushed me towards  him and smashed his lips against mine
I let go and starred at him in shock
" what was that for ?"
" I just felt like  " I smiled and we carried on dancing
After dancing for a bit we just sat down and talked Cami , Crystal and I stayed together .
 
The party was still going on and it was 1:00 in the morning !, I was so fucking tired so Crystal let us bunk with her for the night , there weren't anymore mattresses left so we slept in a bean bag on the floor .
 
I got up in the morning feeling all stiff and very tired , I smelt bacon and eggs , I got up straight away and saw crystal making breakfast
" yum ! , your cooking bacon and egg ?" I asked shocked
" yeah why so shocked about it ?"
" well were not aloud to eat it "
" yeah that's your team but we can eat whatever we want "
" I wanna transfer to your team !"
" ahaha right .... You are so luck to be in the sharks I would die to be in that squad , it's for the best people you know "
" what !? I am crap at cheer leading though "
" well you must be pretty damn good if you made it in the sharks."
 
After eating breakfast and getting ready I went straight over to my aunties office , I needed an explanation , I opened the door and she was on the computer
" oh hi Taylor , sit "
I sat down and started talking
" hey uh I just wanted to ask you about the cheer leading team I'm in "
" alright , go on "
" well I am hopeless at cheer leading I'm not peppy and I'm not very flexible , so why am I in the highest cheer leading squad"
" because Taylor I remember when you were a little girl and you use to put on little concerts for us , you were amazing and you grew up to be a dancer so please stop putting your self down"
" do you have any idea of what iv been through , I can't eat junk food , I have to sleep at a certain bed time during the week and I wake a at fricken 4:00 in the morning to bloody train , "
" taylor that the whole point of coming here to learn I mean I'm sure you've learnt something from cheer leading "
It was true I learnt how to do the splits and a triple back flip and improved in my dancing
" yeah I have "
" well that's great , Taylor listen I know you don't wanna be here but I honestly think it's the best for you"
" thanks "
I walked over to her and gave her a hug
" so have you met any guys lately ? "
" well one "
" who ?" she said sounding very interested
" Tom in the sharks "
" him !"
" yeah well his actually my boyfriend "
" well why didn't you tell me this before ?"
" because you went all principle on me a I didn't like it "
" oh common it's my job , I had to punish you or if I didn't she would tell her dad and I would probably have to go to court or something "
" oh I swear that girls a bitch "
" oh I know ! I have had many incidents with her so many girl have come crying to me or the student councilor about her , but we can't do anything because her dad is to powerful"
" yeah well I have to go serve my punishment and go tutor Dylan "
" why so early ?"
" I wanna just get it over and done with"
" oh is he bad "
" HIS A SHOCKER " I smiled at her and walked out of the office , great off to tutoring Dylan now .
