I stumble out of my bed straight into my bathroom. I brush my teeth and take my hair out of the braids it was in. I step into the shower and start scrubbing myself. I feel the pleasure of the hot water running down my body - I felt all icky since I didn't have a shower yesterday.
Once I get out I can hear giggles at my door. I unlock it and peek my head through.
"Need something?" I question. It was now 9:47am, I was confused why my mother and sister were stood at my door. No sign of my dad.
"Hurry up and get ready. We have a surprise for you. Plus don't use that tone with me." My mother raises an eyebrow. I just shrug her off and carry on getting changed. I decide to quickly text topper since we exchanged numbers yesterday.
