The week flew away fast, and before you knew it, it was already Saturday! You've been so busy with school and your job that you have almost forgotten about your plans with Daniel! It was about an hour before your meet-up, you were busy thinking about what you could wear, you didn't wanna be under-dressed and neither over-dressed. You glanced at the time, at this point you were going to miss the bus. Sighing, you took out a pair of comfortable yet stylish clothes- how did you not think about them earlier? Quickly putting them on, you rushed to take your bag, checking for everything. ❝ Wallet? There, Id? Here, Phone? SHIT WHERE'S MY PHONE?! ❞ you checked every corner of your room- no sign of your phone. Where could have you left it? Putting your hand on your hips, you felt defeated. Only to realize- ❝ Wait a second, what's that in my pocket? ❞ And here it was, in your pocket. Sighing, you felt like kissing it - Of course, you didn't - You still had an ounce of shame left in you! ❝ Alright, in the bag you go! ❞ Re-checking for everything, you finally left your dorm and waited for the bus, listening to your favorite songs.
❝ YOO! HI DAN!! ❞ You excitedly waved at the shorter boy, running towards him. He quickly composed himself, ❝ H-HI! ❞ You trapped him into a bear hug, bombarding him with questions, ❝ HI!! HOW HAVE YOU BEEN? IS ANYBODY BOTHERING YOU? WHAT ARE THEIR NAMES? I'LL BEAT THEIR ASSES, YOU BET! ❞ He chuckled nervously, ❝ D-don't worry! I'm perfectly fine, thanks for asking! ❞ You broke the hug, smiling warmly at him. You took his hand and guided him towards the arcade, fawning over at all the cool-looking games there were. ❝ Soo, tell me Dan, which one do you wanna try first?? ❞ He looked around, scanning every game he could see, before he pointed at one. ❝ How about Pac-Man? ❞ Your eyes widened at the familiar game, before grinning at him. ❝ Sure! Let's go! I love me a good classic! ❞ You hurried to the machine before anybody else could get their hands on it. You took out 500 won out of your bag, ❝ This one's on me, c'mon, try it!! ❞ You put the coins into the machine and watched it light up, Daniel nervously took control of it, just as he started he had already lost a life. ❝ HUUH? C'MON DAN!! YOU CAN DO IT!!❞ You hyped him up, hoping to help him win. He awkwardly grinned, ❝ Look [name]! I managed to eat this guy!! ❞ You chuckled and clapped, ❝ You did it Dan!! ❞
