"Wh-what happened?" Luz groaned, standing up and started while looking around, only to find it was a ghost town. 

"No one will love you." 

"Who's there!" Luz shouted, looking around for the source of the voice.

"They will all hate you for what you did~"

A figure stood behind Luz. Turning around, Luz saw it Amity and smiled with relief. "You hurt willow, you hurt Gus, you hurt Eda and you hurt me!" Luz's smile fell as she took a small step back realizing that something is wrong. "I didn't mean any of this I promise Ami," Luz said, Amity approaching Luz as she started take more and more steps back

"Most importantly you will never be loved because of what. You. Did!" 

"I promise I didn't mean any of that, that wasn't even me!" Luz tried explaining, But Amity ignored her and kept walking towards Luz with anger.

"You're a beast, a monster. And no one. Loves you." 

"Please!"

"Luz?"

"Luz!" Amity said, shaking the human with trails of blood falling from her left temple. What confused the abomination witch was there were scratch marks there. But that couldn't happen. Luz didn't have claws. She's human after all. Amity cringed as she saw the human's bloody nose and regret and worry filled her.

Luz woke up gasping for air, looking around her surroundings to see where she was. Luz's eyes locked with Amity's but fear was the only thing Amity could see in her girlfriend's eyes. 

Luz was afraid of Amity, and Amity new that after what she's done.

Jumping out Amity's arms, Luz immediately started backing away from her and everyone else in the cafeteria, which brought in more worry for the abomination witch.

"I'm so sorry Amity, I'm sorry just, don't hurt me any more."

"Luz I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that. I overreacted-" Amity reached for Luz but couldn't. That's not what made Amity worried. What made the witch concern was the fact that her human girlfriend had fur growing on her arm. 

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Luz asked before spotting the fur on her arm. The arm that Amity was staring at in shock and concern. "No, no no no this can't be happening. They couldn't have been right, that was a lie, right?" Luz asked, in denial that something horrible was now starting to happen to her. "Tha-that happened almost a month ago, right? Gus, please tell me this is an illusion." 

Luz looked at Gus, waiting for a response but instead, the illusionist looked at her, fear in his eyes. Luz looked for answers, knowing that her young friend wasn't lying. 

This wasn't an illusion.

It was real. 

Run

The only thing the human thought.

Luz quickly ran towards The Owl House, hoping Eda could help her with- whatever this was.

"Hooty!" Luz shouted upon reaching the house demon. "You have to let me in please! I-I'm sorry for everything Hooty!"

The house demon looked at Luz with caution before smiling. "Hoot, ok Luz!" Hooty said. Thankfully, he was the most oblivious when it came to Luz's acting out. "Eda!!" Luz shouted with fear and regret as she tripped over her foot.

"What?" Eda asked. Eda knew the drill. Luz would "cry" for help before tricking the owl lady into cleaning up some mess. This though, it didn't feel like normal.

"Eda help me. I-I'm sorry for what I did," Luz said, her voice cracking and tears falling down her face. "I'm sorry. For everything."

"She had to go to The Owl House, that's the safest place, in all of Bonesborrow " Willow said as her, Amity, and Gus rushed out of Hexside behind Luz. Everyone saw it. How Luz acted strange. Stranger then the last month, and stranger then ever. They saw how Luz ran out of Hexside with fear. Amity sighed, worried for her girlfriend's well being. 

"Please let her be at The Owl House."

Reaching The Owl House, the three witches were greated by the house demon which started talking to them. Ignoring Hooty, Willow opened the door, showing a scared Luz looking at her mentor.

"Luz?" Amity said, slowly approached the human. "I wouldn't do that if I were you, Blight," Luz said. Her voice sounded, odd. Almost as if there were two people talking at the same time.

"You come any closer and her little heart will break. Poor thing was so scared she'd hurt her love ones and looky here, she attacked her mentor!" Luz said almost chuckling. "Now who am I to speak., I'll let her be in-control after sooo long."

"Now, why don't you say hello to you human."

Luz's screams filled the quiet room, making everyone jump.

"Help me." 

Luz screamed as cracking and ripping could be heard. Fangs, fur, and ears could be seen growing on Luz's body as her body grew larger as tears started falling down Luz's face.

The fur, being the same color of her hair, looked surprisingly soft as she grew bigger. Bigger then any normal wolf from the human realm.

"Luz?" Amity asked, looking at the wolf now standing in front of her, before it started growling. Her eyes where a beautiful dark red color with her fangs being sharp, sharper than any witch's  or beast's fangs.

The wolf charged at the three young witches, only to be stopped by a harpy Eda. 

"Kids, get out of here now and as fast as possible!" Eda shouted as she struggled to hold her apprentice back.

"But we can't just leave Luz back!" Willow protested.

 "I'm not risking you kids getting hurt," Eda said, struggling to keep Luz back.

"No. I'm not leaving Luz. We're, not leaving Luz," Amity said, walking towards Luz. "Please Luz, I know you're there," Amity said, putting her hand on Luz's nose. "I'm so sorry for how I reacted. I love you so much."

Hearing that, Luz backed up, now in-control and guilty for everything she's done. Amity smile, seeing the Luz's eyes were her normal hazel eyes ad knowing that her human is back.

"You think that's why she ran out of oracle class last month?" Willow asked, looking at the human and abomination witch on the couch. Luz was back to her human self with only having small things like fur, a tail, and wolf ears. "That's probably why she ran out oracle class." Gus replied. 

"Who could've told her she would get cursed?" Eda asked as King yelled at Amity for stealing Luz's cuddling.

Emperor's castle

A girl with blond hair and brown eyes walked towards the thrown room as she approached the golden guard. 

"Ah, do you bring any information back, Jamie?" Belos asked smirking behind his mask. "The human girl has been cursed sir. She just recently got back to her normal conscious, then the you youngest Blight attacked her in rage," Jamie replied.

"Wonderful. Soon all wild magic and beasts like the human will be eliminated before The Day of Unity. Now run along, you will be given another task soon," Belos said, Jamie nodding leaving the room. 

"I need you, golden guard, to help her with this task." Belos said.

"Of course un- Emperor Belos." The golden guard said.

"Soon I will have that human girl under my control."

A/N: Holy shit man! I'm not joking but I cringed so hard having to reread and rewrite this chapter! I know that I'm going to cringe in every chapter now. I swear my 2023 self was going through something thinking that this would be such a "cool" and "exciting" chapter. But seriously, if you enjoyed this chapter, I'm glad.
