Chapter 5: A Purple Dream

Mc stared at their text book, moving their hands to mimick the pictures on the page before shutting it closed and looking their hands. 'My..name is...Mc..." They continued for a few moments before a smile went on their face.

"I did it!" Mc cheered outloud before covering their mouth quickly. They didn't want to wake up anyone. They let out a soft sigh and looked at their hands and signed a bit. 'I did it.' they softly laughed at their cheer in sign...

As they pulled their covers over them, they flipped off the switch to their lamp before trying to fall into a deep slumber

Mc would open their eyes into a room full of purple, similar to their past dreams. They could see in the mirror, their eyes were reflecting a purplish colour - their soulmate's eyes...

They walked through the hallways, various windows were all over the room. They needed to pick one. These were all the dreams their soulmate had through out the day... 'They must really sleep...' Mc mumbled a bit as they reached to grab onto the closest door, pushing it open and entering inside.

Unlike most of Mc's other soulmates. None of them were forcing Mc to meet their soulmate in someway. The only one that revealed the most about their soulmate was this one.

Mc could write a whole book on what they have learnt about the soulmate in their dreams... They knew one thing for sure. Their soulmate loves to sleep. That fact couldn't be avoided.

Mc would find themselves in a field, flowers covered the field, Purple Lilacs, Blue Hydrangeas and Daisies. Mc would walk through the field, gently picking up a flower. In the distance was a group of people that Mc struggled to see their figures until they got closer..

Sitting on a blanket was 3 people. A tall male, orange hair that was a bit messy was seemingly chowing down on various slices of an apple tart. One of them, the only girl, was running through the fields. Her fingers delicately plucking different flowers out.

The final one was the figure Mc always sees. Dark blue hair with white at the end. They have never seen his face.

"Beel! Belphie! I found a bee!" The female yelled out as she started to slowly return. A Daisy in her hand as she showed the small bee that was settled on top.

'Beel?' Mc started to go a bit closer. They recognized the orange hair now - Beelzebub, Avatar of Gluttony... He knew 'Belphie'?

"Looks really nice Lilith." Beel said as his mouth was full, getting a small laugh from the other male beside him.

"Finish what you're eating Beel before speaking. The bee is cute Lilith." He spoke over to the girl, who grinned happily. The blue hair male hummed as he looked at the two before glancing at the sunset.

"Should we get going back?" Lilith had asked Belphie and Beelzebub. "Lucifer will be upset if we don't get back to the Celestial Realm soon..." Belphie sighed and nods his head.

"He will be upset...but he won't be too hard on punishment." Mc would watch the banter go between the group before their eyes met with someones.

The girl looked at Mc and a small smile set on her face. "Hello. Who are you?" Beel had also turned to look in Mc's direction.

"Who are you...?" As their soulmate started to turn around. Mc found themselves light headed. They felt the ground beneath them disappearing. They fell down into the ground, flowers scattered around them as they were falling.

Before Mc could do anything else. They woke up.

Mc sat at the breakfast table, their eyes going over to Beel who wasn't sitting far away from them. They were trying to think. Beel had gotten upset last night about Mc mentioning Belphegor? Beel had been with the 'Belphie' figure in Mc's dreams... Belphie and Belphegor are the same person - that was Mc's guess atleast.

"Mc dear? Are you alright? You've been staring at Beel all morning." Mc snapped out and glanced over at Asmodeus who was eating his breakfast. Mc nods their head a bit and mouthed to him. 'I'm okay.'

Mc could hear the laughter from the other side of the table as Levi and Satan were chatting about Mammon and how he was sharing a pact with Mc now. Beel looked at Mc at hearing Asmodeus mentioning how they were staring at him. "Is there something on me?"

Mc shook their head at the Avatar of Gluttony. They didn't want to bring up the fact they had dreams with Beel and Belphegor in it... and Lilith...

Maybe Mc can ask someone who Lilith is..
