Into the Light or be Captured By the Dark(Seto x Reader)

Chapter 5

As we walk down the hall Ty looks over his shoulder at me.

"They're in the dining hall since it's about lunch." Ty says then looks ahead again.

I feel nervous and my stomach feels as if it could fly away with so many butterfly's. I glanced at Sub and he was as emotionless as ever. As we continued walking I looked at the pictures on the wall. Most were of Budder of course but some were of a guy in sunglasses and a budder and amethyst amulet and a girl with the same amulet and firy red hair. There were a few of a guy in a spacesuit, same for a fish guy, another guy in sunglasses and a suit, me, a guy in a checkered hoodie, a bacca in a suit, Ty, Sub and a girl who looked like the bacca if he didn't have fur. The girl must be the bacca's sister but she didn't have fur instead she had long thick straight hair fell over her shoulders, she had his brown eyes. I stopped and took a closer look at the picture, furry ears poked out of her hair on the top of her head.

"Ahh!" I yelled as I doubled over in pain.

Ty and Sub raced to my side. Ty spoke but I heard no sound, all I could hear was my heart beating. Everything went black then all I could see was white as if you had just woken up and everything was to bright. The white started to fade and a track materialized infront of me. 7 people were lined up. The guy in the checkered hoodie, the bacca, the guy in the sunglasses and amulet, the guy in sunglasses and a suit, the guy in the spacesuit, the fish guy, and Ty.(not in the same order of course)

A shot was fired and they took off. They fought to get to the finish line but in the end the guy in the hoodie won while the others were piled up behind him. It all slowly came back to me, the guy in the hoodie was Mitch, the guy with the sunglasses and amulet was Adam, the fish was Quetin, the guy with the sunglasses and suit is Ian or Derp Ssundee, the bacca was Jerome and the girl in the picture with the ears was Jerome's sister Madi or Fluffy, and of course I already knew Ty. Also the girl with the firy red hair and amulet was Alesa, Adams fiancé.

I became conscious and stared into the unspeaking face of Sub. He looked at me with worried eyes. A smile spread across my face. Sub looked puzzled same as Ty.

"I remember!" I exclaim.

"What? Remember what?" Ty asks puzzled. I sit up then stand.

"Team Crafted and Jerome's sister Madi or what we call her Fluffy. Even Adams fiancé Alesa."

A smile spread across Ty's face and I guess Sub was smiling but I can't tell. Wait how long was I out?

"How long was I out?"

"Only a few minutes, five at the most."

Oh okay, not long. We begin to walk again and I replay the memory in my head until I'm brought back to reality.

"We're here," I hear Ty say.

I turn and look to see that he had stopped right before spruce double doors. I walked to him and stood beside him. I heard a lot of noise coming from the other side, mainly laughing and yelling.

"I'm not a fish!" I heard a someone shout from the other side. He sounded very annoyed and slightly upset, only Quentin of all people would be called a fish." I'm an amphibian!"

I heard laughing follow. Ty facepalmed beside me as I heard the ruffling of fabric as Sub laughed behind me. I looked to see him clutching his stomach in a fit of laughter but no sound escaped his lips. I couldn't help but silently laugh as well. Ty pushed the doors open and walked in. I hesitated and Sub walked past me. How would they react? Would they know it's me? Only one way to find out. I walked through the doors and stood beside Ty. As I walked in everything went silent and all eyes turned to me. I took the moment to take in my surroundings. This surly was the dining hall because a very long banquet table stretched down the room. Banners hung from the walls representing all the colors from Team Crafted. My thoughts were interrupted.

"SETO!!" Adam shouts in excitement and joy.

Suddenly I'm tackled Adam and soon everyone else is piled on top aside from Ty and Sub who are just standing by laughing their asses off.

"Seto we missed you!"

"Oh my gosh Seto! It's really you!"

"SETO!!"

Was all that I could hear as their words filled my ears. They all struggled to hug me and I hugged who I could. Soon though it became hard to breathe.

"Need.... oxygen.... Halp!" I struggled to get out.

I heard many apologies as they got off of me and the weight was lifted off my chest and stomach. A hand stretched toward me to help me up. I took it and was instead of just being helped up I was also pulled into a hug. All I could see was a mop of brown curly hair with a ponytail in the back. Adam. He must have really missed me. He finally let go and I took my chance to look at everyone. Everyone from Team Crafted looked the same except Jason, who on this rare occasion, wasn't wearing his spacesuit instead he was wearing a blue hoodie and jeans. Everyone was here except Madi and Alesa, where are they?

"Where's Madi and Alesa?" I ask still with a smile on my face.

As the words left my mouth I instantly regretted it for the smiles that were on everyone's face faded. Mine faded soon after. Wow Seto, you really know how to ruin a moment. Adam, Jerome, Mitch and Ian seemed to be hurt most of all.

"I'm sorry to bring back bad memories but I don't understand anything really. I remember barely anything and I'm gaining memories as I go."

Adam gives me a sad smile.

"It's okay, you don't know. We might as well tell you."

Adam motions for me to sit. I sat in the nearest chair and everyone else sat in the seats nearest to me surrounding me by old friends. Everything went silent as Adam started......
