Hey doods, sorry for the late chapter. No wifi kinda postponed this. Anyways, I would like more entries for the character contest, I have a lot of good ideas for the story and need more characters. Also, I'm sorry but I don't think I will add any main character hybrids, yes the winners will be main characters. The only hybrids will be included in the next chapter. "It all happened right after you were captured by the dark or in other words were corrupted. You had been missing for two months and search parties were still being sent out to look for you. Alesa and Madi were in one of the search parties that were sent to look on the surface above the End portal where the swamp biome is. We don't know all of the details but while they were there they were attacked..." Adam had to stop to take a deep breath before continuing," no one was harmed but Madi and Alesa were taken. We also later learned that Y/n was also taken...."

Adam trailed off and I held my breath at the mention of Y/n. I still have no idea who she really was to me. What Ty said may have been true but by what I felt in the memories she's way more to me than just a friend.

"Who took them?"

"The other recruits that were in the search party said it was Herobrine but he couldn't have. Notch imprisoned him years ago after the Great War."

"I remember the Great War. Herobrine was imprisoned in the Nether, his own territory. He could have easily escaped." How do I know this? I thought I couldn't remember anything.

"True but we had no word of his escape...... Unless he had a secret portal he could use to get in and out of the Nether! How have we not thought of this before." Adam stands up quickly and begins to walk away.

"Wait Adam, where are you going?"

"To the library." Was all I heard from him as he left.

"Why the library of all places?" I say more to myself than the others.

"Well he's been spending a lot of time there since Alesa and their disappearances." Jason says behind me," I think its because it helps him get his mind off things to read."

"Oh. Well I'll see you guys later."

I stand up and run after Adam trying to catch up. I followed closely behind Adam but fell back a little as we ran through many twisting and turning halls. Adam finally stopped. Though this wasn't the library, honestly it was nothing at all. It was a dead end hallway, or so I thought. The wall turned into a mirror, Adam's reflection crystal clear in the glass. It looked like a solid mirror nothing more, but again I was wrong. Adam put his hand out as if to rest it on the glass but instead as his palm made contact with the glass frost began to slowly crawl up his hand then his arm. Adam looked around, as he did I hid around the corner quickly. As I looked back around the corner at the mirror all I saw was Adams foot as he completely disappeared into the mirror.

It's a portal! Wow that took me longer than it should have. I slowly approached the mirror and as I stood before it I finally saw what I looked like. My brown hair was messier than usual and my clothes were kinda dirty. I really need to bathe and change.

I put my hand to the mirror same as Adam, but instead of frost crawling up my arm it was liquid metal or Mercury if I remember correctly. I wonder why Mercury instead of frost. I'll research this later. I stepped forward into the mirror and was embraced by the warm metal. Slowly the sensation slipped away and I opened my eyes.

This wasn't the castle this was....
