Chapter 5 Two Faces From The Past

(Amy) I was reading a book before bed. I wasn't fussed about going to sleep because I knew I would have a nightmare.  I was half Way though a chapter when I hear something being throw at my window I jumped I thought nothing of it and then I heard it again, fuck sake I said I jumped out of bed going to my window and pulling it up I grabbed a flash light turning it on the bright light burnt my eyes from being in the darkness for to long I shined it. Into the bushes, who's there? I asked in a whisper and then a head popped up with a smile on his face. He stepped out and it was Jack, Jack what the hell, why are you here?

(Jack) sorry I didn't want to scar you but I have something for you come down

(Amy) I huff climbing out of my window down the drainpipe and jumped onto the floor. You never scared me, what's up?

(Jack) this way i said doing a hand motion to follow me she did I took her to Carol's cafe. after you I said stepping aside and let her though

(Amy) I looked at him. What is it? "just go in'' he said I huff OK I said turning the handle of the door and opening it, I walked into the bakary and I was surprised the room was decorated with fairy lights I smile awww wow i feel jack against me and he walked over to a table grabbing a little box and coming back standing right in front of me

(Jack) and this is for you I said giving her the white box which had a red ribbon on it to her, it's a thank you for the.... Um magazines and a thank you for being a good friend I said feeling my cheeks blush

(Amy) I took the box out of his hands and unwrapped it carefully, I gasp ohhh a cupcake I smile he nodded the cupcake had pink frosting on it with white sprinkles thank you I said he smiled fixing his hair we sat on the floor talking, so I never asked how long have you been living here?

(Jack) um just over five years I nodded luke bought me in it was a much smaller group back then though, it was just me on my own

(Amy) I smiled though all of this you were on your own for how long?

(Jack) for months I lost my mum and dad  to walkers they got bit what about you?  How did you get to know. Negan?

(Amy) I smile it was an accident really I was out looking for food and I found this old house and it was very run down I never   thought about it but when I was inside I heard walkers so I ran down stairs to the basement and the roof fell in and I got stuck until a man came and helped me out he saved me that day I met a man called Simon I smiled and he looked after me and helped. Me. live in this world he taught me how to use a gun and that's how I met negan

(Jack) I nodded and he died right? She nodded I'm sorry but I'm glad that you are here now

(Amy) me too but I wish that Simon was still here. Do you um want some Of  my cupcake? I smile he nodded "sure" I took a bite out of it and inside was jam mmmmm I broke some off for him handing it to him he thanked me and put. It in his mouth, time passed and he walked me home it was still dark but the sun was kinda coming up so this is me I smile he nodded

(Jack) yep it is I hugged her goodbye and goodnight ill see ya later?

(Amy) definitely I climbed back up to my window waving at him. he waved back walking away fell back onto my bed pulling the covers over me and I then fell asleep

(Negan) oh morning I said eating my toast how did you sleep?

(Amy) good yeah thanks I said he looked at me what?

(Negan) really? So um you must have been sleep walking then because I came to check on you and you weren't there so, you wanna tell me where you were? Amy?
