Matts POV:
As I was putting on my red suit i was nervous what if Gus couldnt show?What if he pranked me?No Gus wouldnt hes my boyfriend and im his boyfriend we should be open if we can go plus Gus wouldnt do that without saying something and if he was hurt i could just visit him!
I finished getting ready and left.
"Bye Steve-o!" I shout leaving the house.
"BYE MATTS TELL ME HOW IT GOES WITH GUS-"He shouts back and quickly covered his mouth remembering our mom was home.
I hear the clicks of the moms heels racing down the stairs and see her in her work clothes after a late shift her hair fresh in a bun and she has a facemask on.
"MY SON HAS A DATE?WHO IS THIS GUS?WHAT ARE THEY LIKE OH MY TITAN!"My mom squeels.
"Mom he's great!I have actually been dating him for a while-!"I say ki da nervous as i hadnt fully come out to my mom i mean she knew i was trans but not uh well she didnt know i was gay-.
Grom with celene was so awkward and didnt really feel right she didnt even let me in any pictures.:(
"DATING?OH MY-"My mom screamed from shock you would swear she was gonna faint!
I check the time and...
"OH MY TITAN IM GONNA BE LATE-!!"I say quickly rushing out thr door saying bye to my mom and (half)brother.
I run to the area of grom and quickly go to the bathroom before Gus sees me and i quickly use a smallll bit of concealer to cover up my dark under eyes and i was done!
Gus POV(im so evil now 👹):
I go to where me and Matty were meant to meet and i go on penstagram first going on to check in my camera if everything looked okay then i just went on scrolling i was on my friends page scrolling when i saw a picture of younger Matt which was posted in 2018!awwww!!he still has the same hair cut as he did back then it seems then i saw my scroll being taken away by another witches magic.
It was Matts!He sees my scroll and goes bright red.
"AHH!I DIDNT REALISE I POSTED THAT"He said really flustered and his ears were twitching it seems his ear twitch when hes embarrassed,so cute!i realise i was staring and i also flush a deep red and i look away.
"WELL HOW ABOUT WE UHH GO INSIDE-"I say awkwardly a little too loud tho because i gain the attention of a few people also going inside.
"Yeah-! Uhm"Matt says awkwardly with a tinge of pink on his face before hesitantly grabbing my hand as we walked in.
It wasnt long before luz came over with amity.
"OH MY TITAN GUS WE NEED TO RECREATE LAST YEARS HEXSQUAD PHOTO"Luz says waving the picture in my face.
"OH MY- YESSS"i squeal.
"Uhh this isnt really something im involved in so um im just gonna wait over heree-"Matt says hesitamtly walking away.
"DONT EVEN TRY YOUR ONE OF US NOW"Luz says pulling Matt back by thr back of his collar.We all laugh at this before makimg our way to the photo booth.
We take our photos and put in a few snails for us all to get a copy.
The rest of teh night was pure blisswe danced,we watched the fight and willow made sure noone spiked the punch.Although i think someoen did actually get punched-.Anywaysthe night was amazing and at the end as people started filtering out Matt took my hand and whispered into my ear.
"I love you."He said quietly so nobody else could hear even though there was barely anyone else there.with a crimson red face i whisper back.
"I love you too"
