"Aavya-" Meera chided but interrupted by her toddler daughter.
"Offo! Mumma, I know MJ is upset and I have to behave maturely in front of her. I remember everything. You have told me this for ten times now." Aavya said while walking her seven months pregnant mumma and holding her hand.
"Good." Meera comment and with that they stopped in front of the main door of Mayra's apartment.
Meera was about to ring the door bell but stopped, when she heard some whispers from behind the door. Her mind instantly release alert signal and the only thought ran across her mind was, Mayra is under attack.
They must have hostage her. Now she need to rescue her anyhow with her lawyer mind.
"Mum-" Aavya loudly said but Meera immediately covered her small mouth with her hand.
"Shh." She shush her.
"Your MJ is in danger and we have to rescue her." Meera added in whisper, while removing her hand from her daughter's mouth.
"But mumma few minutes back, you said MJ is in depression." Aavya asked with her childish innocence. Her words cause Meera palm her forehead in disbelief.
"I'll explain you everything later. First we have to save MJ, ok?" She said, trying to keep her calm. "When?" Aavya question her mumma.
"You always say, 'I'll explain you later.' But that later never comes." She complaint. This time Meera let out a frustrated groan and internally curse her husband for not using condom eight years back.
She took a deep breath before dealing with her toddler girl.
"My baby, this time I'll explain you everything and after saving MJ from the bad people. Otherwise she will be hurt. Do you want see her hurt?"
In reply Aavya immediately and hurriedly shook her head.
"Good girl. Now you stay here only and I am going inside. If I don't come out within fifteen minutes, you will call your dad and then police, ok baby?" She explained her. Aavya nodded while taking Meera's phone from her.
